Unfortunately this is the location that delivers to me and sometimes I'm unable to do a pickup and use them. They are consistently the worst of the local Dominos with super slow deliveries, cancelled deliveries, missing or incorrect food items. Of the last 6 orders I've made from the Oxford Dominos 5 have had an issue of some sort. This time the Buffalo Mac and Cheese was an absolute joke. Just 15 noodles and a pan that wasn't even half full. It was mostly a pile of gooey cheese. Do yourself a favor and visit the Avondale or Kennett locations if you can and avoid Oxford. read more

I gave Dominos a try after not eating it for years. I can believe how good the pan pizza is. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Although the service was nice, and everyone else liked their pizza- I guess I'm not a dominos fan. We ordered a half mushroom half pepperoni pizza and it was all combined on one pizza together- and then my pizza came, I ordered a thin crust spinach pizza. I've never seen a pizza so thin, and does it always come cut in squares? It was breaking apart any time I tried to pick it up. And there was not a lot of spinach on it. Why does this location make the absolute worst dominos pizzas?!? Always overcooked. Always forgetting the garlic sauce on the crust. Never able to cut the pizza all the way through. I ordered TWICE in the same night. Not only were they late, they were delivered to different addresses. The first order was delivered to my neighbor and the second was delivered to a house 2 streets away. How is it even possible to deliver an order not even close to the address that was given? Delivery promised in 75-85 minutes, typical for Saturday night. Followed in the tracker, at 75 minutes pizza is still not in the oven. Called to cancel, was on hold for 4 full loops of their advertising cycle (almost 20 minutes), drove to the pizza place, still on hold the entire trip. Found three of the dumbest looking individuals I've ever seen behind the counter, mostly just standing around, ignoring the phone still ringing with my call. When I told the ham planet who stepped to the counter that I was canceling and had been trying to call, he just dumbly punched buttons and said "ok, money will be back in 3 days." I've been ordering from this Dominos for 3 years now and not once have I had a bad order. The pizza always gets here warm and fresh. I've lived in the city my whole life where Domino's gets a bad rep (and deservingly so). The delivery people are always nice too! read more

Can't follow basic instruction. Not even on the most simple of tasks. Can't count the correct amount of chicken for an order, can't follow instructions not to put garlic butter on the crust of the pizza or the cheese bread. Only part of the Oder that was correct was the 2 liter of soda. Was told 45 min. Took 90 min. I can understand a mistake but 3 mistakes out of 4 things isn't. read more

you should be careful using this store location. They cannot be trusted. We recently ordered a pizza to be dilivered to our nephew at Lincoln University and the store called back to say that they could not deliver the pizza, as they did not have enough information to make the delivery. We placed a second order an hour and a half after the first order - which they said was cancelled. They billed us for two pizzas, of which our nephew only received one. They claim that they have two signed reciepts and are insisting that the charges are legitimate. They said to take it up with our credit card company. When we called back the cell phone of the driver after seeing the double charges the driver said to my wife "take it up with your bank you dumb b_ _ _ _". UNBELIEVABLE!!! read more

Terrible experience. I called in a delivery order for a group a kids visiting Lincoln Univ for a workshop. When I called I requested plates and napkins for our order since we were visiting the campus we did not have access to utensils or napkins, person on the phone informed me they didn't have plates i was shocked but i said "ok make sure you send plenty of napkins please". Driver shows up with NOTHING but our food, and could not even say sorry. She said "we are busy and I was called to cover for another driver", they just lost our business our kids go to Lincoln univ every month but never again will order from this location. read more

After being let down by several pizza places in our town I decided to order from Dominos one night. Our food was really good and they are always running deals. I usually order from there now since I know the pizza will always be hot and fresh. I also like how you can order online and they have so many options. The staff is always nice too. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. On a Thursday it took over an hour to get to my house. When I called to find out what was going on I was met with a ride supervisor who only apologised after I asked if I was going to get one and she was wonderful at making excuses. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that I just needed to deal with it. When my pizza arrived over an hour after I ordered it it was stone cold.
