I've only ever gotten pizza there and it's the only place I get my pizza. Always delicious and the whole family loves it!

OUTSTANDING!! They delivered the order at 7 as promised when I called at 5. We've had white pizza from here twice and it was equally good both times. I have always liked Pat's. Their pizza was always good, sauce cheese etc. i am a purist for pizza, sauce , cheese, maybe pepperoni, or anchovies. Recently called in for thin crust, pepperoni & light cheese. ( I like more sauce, than cheese). It came with heavy cheese & thick crust, very limp. My husband called, & they blamed a person who worked there for the wrong pizza. They made another one, very thin crust, with heavy amounts of cheese. Sorry, I feel they made it so we wouldn't order from them agin. And we won't. read more

Call to place an order and was not serviced because they said I was out of delivery zone referred me to a different location which I called that location, I was told the same thing. I called three different locations and was told they would not delivered to my house even though I lived 10 to 15 minutes away from EACH location. Workers was very disrespectful. Very rude. Hung up the phone on me and refused to service me. I will never ever ever in my life order from Pats ever again. Do not waste your time or your money at this location very horrible. I like Pat's. I had been bouncing around the franchise joints and other places since moving to DE (yet again...3rd time) in 2010. The pizza is exactly what I want and expect from delivery. The Stromboli (the way I like it: steak, bacon, onions, & sweet peppers) NEVER disappoints. And the comfort food (burgers and/or baked Ziti) always hits the spot. There are times when the delivery guys show up before the web based app even says the food is out for deliver. Is that a complaint? Umm...no. I can deal with early deliver any day of the week : ). so I ordered my food online I got a large pizza with a 2lt ginger ale for pick up. when I get there they didn't have any ginger ale's available so they refunded me for the soda. I went to my car and checked the receipt to find out the dollar amount didn't change so I took the pizza back to get a full refund. they were very upset because I wanted a full refund and the person to give me the refund was upset that I wouldn't take 2 20oz ginger ale's to replace the 2ltr. We had the place deliver to us. I had just gotten to Wilmington to visit a friend so we had food ordered in. The only problem I really had was the delivery took forever but it wasn't that bad I'm just use to be living in the country and it not taking that long. Sad. I've been a customer here for several years since Domino's stopped delivering here. Food is Great! Delivery not so well. If you say it's on it's way you shouldn't say that takes 45 minutes to get there. So sad. Fail on delivery so many years and food is always cold if delivered in 20+ minutes. One driver didn't even use a heating element to deliver the food. When I called to complain they said every driver has one. That food was late AND cold too. Plus side a new Dominos is opening in the area. Lost customer for life. P.S. They want me to rate but there's no zero. read more

My daughters are dancing in a recital today, and I sent my husband with my 3 year old son out to find lunch. He found Pats, and they were so nice they even recommended a place for my husband to buy fruit for our son because that's all he eats. Then when my husband came back to pick up the pizza, someone ran out before he even got my son out of the car seat and brought the pizza and salad TO my husbands car so he didn't have to take my son out of the car seat. This was the absolute worst experience that I have ever had. I ordered two party pizzas and two large sodas on the fourth of July for my nephews birthday party on line. After waiting an hour and a half and calling the number numerous times I finally decided to drive to the store. Upon my arrival I discovered that it was closed all day. The worst part about this whole experience was that I had to go back and explain to my nephew and his guests that there would be no pizza. And due to them taking the money out of my account I was out of money because pay day was the following day. After speaking to the manager he didn't take any responsibility for what had happened. He did let me know that he would make sure it would be put back in my account. If it was me, being a manager myself I would make sure I would go out of my way to makes things right. They NEVER bring the food up to my apartment door. They don't even park on the street! They expect you to meet them outside. Their margarita pizza is literally just a cheese pizza with slices of tomatoes under the cheese. They also bring cold food time after time. Their tomato pie is great, when it arrives hot. read more

I grew up eating from the original Pat's locations in Penns Grove and Pennsville, NJ, so I've always been a big fan of Pat's. This is now the location most local to where I live. I had a random weekday off with my son so I decided to order us lunch from Pat's. I was really pleased with everything. It's nice that you're able to track your order status. I did a take out order. The food was ready when we arrived. I decided to do pickup versus delivery so we could choose our drinks when we arrived and I'm really glad I did that because the drink options are limited when you order online however they have a huge drink selection in the store. I ordered corn nuggets which I would call corn fritters and they were super tasty. I prefer them with maple syrup instead of ranch though. For my son I ordered the kids spaghetti and meatballs which was a huge portion that my son was able to split for 2 meals. I decided to give a couple lunch specials a try so I ordered the lunch turkey sub which came with chips and also a lunch grilled chicken salad which came with garlic bread. I figured I could split each in half for half a sandwich & salad. However, I was completely full after eating 1 half of the sub so I saved the very good size salad for lunch today and my husband ate the 2nd half of the sub when he got home. I am writing a review for 3 Pats Pizzerias. Lancaster Ave Concord Pike and Philadelphia Pike locations. Let me start by saying we received a welcome to the neighborhood flyer for 2 locations ( Concord and Phila Pk) when I called to place an order for delivery both locations refused to take an order because they said we were out of their delivery. Poor customer service. Now I eventually found that Lancaster Ave location delivered to us and very prompt. We ordered wings and fries. The wings were great the fries were soggy and barely warm. Not sure if I will order again. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. When we called the guy was completely rude and did not even let us finish our sentence before hanging up. We order a pizza, fries & breaded mushrooms. The pizza was not bad but the fries were soggy & the breaded mushrooms barely came with 10 pieces (mind you they charged us 7.99 for them!). Ordered mega fries, no bacon. Picked up food came home, mega fries had bacon. No biggie, called them up asked if they could deliver a new one they said no. The clerk on the phone said he saw them make it and that there couldn't be any bacon in it. Got in my car, showed them the bacon, got another order made, but no apologies or a refund. Was visiting some friends over the weekend and we decided to order pizza. My hopes weren't at all high, I live in Philly and for some strange reason I'm just never impressed with the pizza. I love pizza, from anywhere, but again, just never really blown away. So anyway, they suggested pizza for dinner. They ordered online, we got the meat lovers with a few added toppings. Two weeks ago my girlfriend and I ordered a vegetarian pizza (onions, mushrooms, fresh peppers, sweet peppers, tomatoes and black olives) and a grilled chicken salad to share. My girlfriend's tongue tingled and felt numb after eating the chicken. She didn't finish her half of the salad. I didn't notice anything unusual about the taste of the chicken. My girlfriend thought the pizza was unremarkable. I was more critical. The pizza was completely undercooked. The crust, both on the top and bottom, was soft and "bready", not even partially crisp, crunchy or light brown as a properly baked pizza should be. Even if it had been baked long enough, the crust was not even an average tasting crust. The veggies were very raw, as if they had been placed on the pizza only a minute before coming out of the oven. I like my veggies sauteed before putting them on the pizza; or the pizza should be cooked long enough to soften the veggies. Within an hour after eating, both of us had intestinal distress for the rest of the night. No vomiting or diarrhea, but lots of internal gas, cramps, and bloating. The next day, I had leftover pizza for lunch and the intestinal distress started all over again 15 minutes later. Same thing after eating the pizza at night again. I would not recommend Pat's Pizza because of possible unsanitary food handling, food rotation, and/or food storage practices AND because the pizza sucks. With so many choices for pizza, Pat's was absolutely horrible and perhaps the worst pizza I've ever had. Chain pizza like Dominos, Pizza Hut, or Papa John's would have been a much better choice than Pat's. read more

Ok so I usually order from this one more than the one on Philadelphia Pike but this was the last time. I ordered a burger & a salmon salad (extra salmon) wanted to try something new. Ordered at 3:02pm checked on my order & it says delivered but I didn't get my food so i called at 4:15pm they said the driver just left, it was a mistake I'm waiting & waiting then i call back at 4:50, food still isn't here they say he should be here soon. Guy gets here at 5:00pm food isn't hot & they didn't give me my extra salmon that i paid for. Smh I'll never order from this one again & it sucks because they have a wider selection of food on there menu ughhh read more

I ordered a cheeseburger, turkey and cheese sub and two fries. I ate a half of my turkey jumbo sub. About a half hour ago I began to eat the second half of my sub to find out a strand of hair was in my mouth and in the sub. I still have the strand of hair on a napkin and threw the remaining of my food away. Their prices are to high and I paid well over $25.00 for what I ordered today and they normal get tipped. I will never, ever order food from them again. whoever made my food needs to wear hair nets when dealing with peoples food. read more
