We have been getting pizza from Dominos for the past 5.5 years at this location. Most of the time, it is prepared properly and decent to eat. Until tonight. We drive 20 minutes each way to get our pizza orders. This evening I happened to have my dog with me so when they handed me my order, I did not open the box to check the quality. After driving 20 minutes home, we opened the boxes to find the worst looking pizza we have had in a long time. I specifically ordered extra cheese and that did not exist. I called the store and was very polite to the person who claimed to be a manager. He asked if we ate the pizza and I said we did eat one of them. We had ordered two. He then said there was nothing he could do about it. I explained that I do have photos and he replied, "good for you". Sadly this is the only Dominos in town. It's like playing food roulette with them. The rare occasion I order here, it's usually the same and always ask for it to be well done. Half the time it comes out raw in the center and has that yeasty raw doughy taste; not good! The last order, I even called after ordering online to make sure they knew to make it extra well. Sadly, got it home and was the worst one yet. The dough was pretty raw inside and the cheese was still in shredded form under the what looked like well cooked top cheese. Had to throw it in a cast iron pan and cook the pizza on the stove top. This was supposed to be me taking the night off cooking. I ordered a large sausage and green pepper pizza and they put a medium pizza inside the box. There was hardly any cheese and about 5 specs of sausage. some slices did not have any meat at all. The slices were the size of a small pizza. I called the manager to complain about the order after i got home and was told that i would have to drive back the same day to return the pizza. I did not want to go back out in the rain and cold weather and asked if i could come back another day and the manager told me that i could not come back another day. I called on the way there and learned one of the specials was $5.99 2 topping medium if you buy 2..... I ordered 2 Hand tossed X-tra sauce on both....one Canadian bacon and mushrooms and the other Sausage and onions... for one I can't find any sauce... ( where's the sauce???) The delivery guy found his way to an unmapped area of mountain falls which is pretty tough on its own and the pizza was still nice and hot. We have ordered Dominos since Papa Johns left town. But tonight that will change. Because we are older and don't have huge appetites we usually order one medium for both of us. Tonight I wanted something different so I ordered two pizzas. I wanted two mediums but was told that to get the buy one get one free they both have to be larges. They have never had this issue before with the Boy Scouts Camp Card. My husband called and asked for a manager. A young man came to the phone but soon realized that he couldn't answer the questions and gave the phone to someone else who also identified himself as the assistant manager. Nobody really seemed to know how to take care of a not so happy customer. So we will no longer be Dominos customers but will change to either Pizza Hut or Niccos. Ordered pizza online, it states drivers carry change for $20, the total was $22.19. The driver shows and only has 10 one dollar bills. Uh.... Seriously? Way to make yourself a NICE tip. Easy online ordering. The pizza has the best crust in town! Know this, pizza is all about the crust. Last week we ordered the boneless wings got the chicken wings with bones. Upset until I tried them. they are very mushy like not fried maybe steamed or boiled but we popped them in the oven, 400 degrees for 30 minutes. They were Great!! Some of the best I have had in town. Tonight as we waited for the power company to fix the power line in our neighborhood, we sat in our car at Smith's parking lot trying to decide what we would have for dinner since we couldn't cook at home. We decided to order Dominos through their website. Ordering only took few minutes since we knew what we wanted, and at confirmation it told us it would be ready in 9-14 minutes. What really neat is now Dominos have a live tracking of your order. It tells you when they're making your order and when it's ready to pick up. Our order was ready in 10 minutes. The girl behind the counter was polite and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. As far as the pizza, we were satisfied with the one pizza but not so much with the other one.
