Food was very good, the staff were multi lingual and very friendly, this was a nice dinner place...it is open 24hrs and it's kind of a fast food feeling but has seating as well. Worth a try if you're in the area, just be careful the food comes out very hot, temperature wise. read more

I'm torn on this review because the convenience of a drive thru Mexican place, the reasonable prices, and the cool staff make me want to bump up my review. However the food was just ok. The menu is extensive and offers plenty of options. Individual items could be priced around $3 - $8 items and combos were around $10/$14. The items as for were: Chicken burritos - These were under $7 each. They are filled with chicken and pico de gallo but no filler like rice and beans. The burritos are larger than my hand. I would love this except for the fact that the chicken was really salty. So it needed something to kind of tame the saltiness. If I got it again, I may try the shredded chicken and add lettuce or something like that. It does also come with guacamole. But I don't like it. So maybe that would help the saltiness. Edit: I found my receipt and the chicken burritos were actually $10 even before my husband's sour cream was added. The menu board definitely said $6 though. Bean and cheese burritos - again this was big, too big for my son to finish. It was just over $5. Unfortunately the beans are a bit bland. But he said he liked it enough. Cheese quesadilla - This was also around $5. Somehow it was bland. The tortilla was extra thin which made the quesadilla greasy. My daughter didn't like it. Rolled chicken taco combo - These were not good. They were extra hard and dry. The chicken was not seasoned at all. Yes they usually have guacamole on them but again I don't eat it. Sour cream and lettuce might have helped. Salsa - ugh. A good salsa really could've helped this. But both salsas were watery and lacked flavor. Would I go back? Probably, based mostly on the convenience of a drive through. But I'd adjust my order a lot. read more

In town visiting, was open late and we were starving so we stopped in. We liked our food! My bf ordered menudo, and a chile Colorado burrito, I ordered the flautas (chicken and beef). Loved the rice and beans! I ate that first. Have a small condiment bar; the salsa was too hot for us but still good! The salsa is the reason for my 4 rating. I usually use a lot of salsa with my mex food but didn't because I don't like overpowering spicyness. I prefer a salsa with good flavor and no to low spicyness. Friendly cashier, clean establishment. Roberto's West Coast classic is now finally open in Pahrump, Nevada! And they have a line going down the street! Haha. It's like you're at a movie opening from back in the days. Everyone is in their trucks waiting to order. If you're new to Roberto's, it's your typical family owned Mexican fare. It's not Instagrammable. And you won't catch Guy Fieri coming down , but it's reasonably priced and consistent good eats. And fun fact: And one of the few drive-thru restaurants in Pahrump. read more

horrible! their super-hot food fresh from the fryer melted a hole right through their styrofoam plate! i showed a staff member the melted hole in the styrofoam plate, but he claimed the food was still fine to eat, and argued that even though the food melted a hole in their plate, the food remained uncontaminated! outrageous! no refund was offered, and i was still expected to eat the food! outrageous! i left the melted styrofoam plate and the food on the table and walked out disgusted. i will never return to this particular restaurant, and this outrageous, unhealthy contamination situation should be reported to the state of nevada department that inspects restaurants. their employee acted like this was a regular occurrence he had seen before and he was not surprised, like it was nothing new to him. no big deal! It is very rare that I leave a one star rating, but this business just doesn't have decent food. The tacos were bland at best, and the offered sauce at the front bar was way too hot for many people. Our first time eating here since they opened we are very familiar with Roberto's Mexican food but from California and to our surprise for pahrump this was the best overall Mexican food here in pahrump and over all fast food joint. we ordered a variety of dishes and each one hit the spot.. price wise not bad very reasonable for everything we ordered. salsa delicious carrots perfect still slight crunch. So, it was great to see an actual Taco shop setup in Pahrump. We were both excited to give this a try each time we drove by. So, first, the resturant was both clean and have awesome bathrooms. It was not very busy so we were met and ordered right away. This is Quick Service type place, so you have to order your own food at the counter. Not my favoirite, but it's the way some places work now. Our food was good and there is no doubt that I would come back for a taco run, but it was a bit over priced compared to other choices locally. When you can get a full steak dinner for just a bit less than most chioces here it's hard to go make this a staple for food spots. We tested the chicken and carne asada tacos and both were spot on. Nothing amazing, but did hit the Taco Spot. read more

This definitely was not good, we got 2 tacos and the shells were absolute trash, meat was dry and flavorless, we also got the rolled tacos the shells were almost too hard to eat, didn't taste good and the chicken was so dry it was hard... The tamale was inedible the sauce they put on it was disgusting... The sauces we're mediocre at best and the sour cream add on was $4 and tasted funny... Disappointed ordering a combo taco & enchilada plate plus carne asada burrito. The menu board at the drive-thru did not offer a shredded beef taco/enchilada plate so asked the attendant if the chicken taco could be changed to shredded beef which they did. Driving 5 minutes to my house in 105 degree temps, the food was already cold?? The taco was almost inedible with the taco shell being completely obliterated in the fryer. What they call shredded beef is false as it was more like finely chopped cubed meat (not sure is was even beef!). Also, very overpriced and won't be returning. read more

Like most of you my experience is the same at Roberto's. I was excited to see them come to Pahrump. The first few times we went there it was bad, but because they were new and still putting their staff together we decided to give them a chance. We were going there at least twice a week. They are getting worse. Firstly, they are very expensive. They are not putting enough eggs in their $10 breakfast burrito and most of the times it has egg shells in it. The size of the burrito has even gotten smaller and they don't think anyone noticed. There's also NO communication between the person taking the order and the cook. Sometimes we ordered extra bacon and paid for it, but we ended up getting the same burrito. SHAME ON ROBERTO'S. read more

Normally we love Robertos. Was so happy to see it came to Pahrump. This is not it. Twice we've been here and both times hugely disappointed. The first time we asked for no tomatoes and the burrito was filled with it. Second time we ordered, and get home, missing our burrito. We call and the person who answered was extremely rude and said well you can just come back and get it. Again, normally robertos is so good but this location is just no. Compared to the locations in Las Vegas this new location does not match up. They are so much more expensive. On Wednesday I ordered the chicken taco special. They were prepared with imitation cheese that didn't melt but was oily. Hope they get better. Until then I will stay away. read more
