Let me preface this with saying I've never had an issue with this location before. I order a pizza for delivery just a while ago. When I opened the box, the pizza was all jumbled up as you can see in the photo. I drove up to the store and was greeted immediately by a nice young lady. After I showed her the pizza, she said that she was the delivery driver and wasn't sure how that happened. A guy appears at the counter and asked if I ordered it last night. (What?!) I said "no today." So the young lady offers to make another and I sit and wait. The guy is now the one making the pizza and while he's working, is on a personal phone call. Next thing I know I hear "here you go" & the sound of cardboard sliding across the counter. When I look up, I see the guy...still on the phone...looking at me and then I looked at the counter & realize the "here you go" was for me. There was no proper "ma'am your pizza is ready, I apologize" or anything! They made me a pasta with no sauce I came back up to the store for a new pasta and a refund on the pasta due to the inconvenience. They told me they couldn't do both with an attitude. They were acting like it was my issue they didn't make the pasta properly from the beginning. Had the phone worked I would have gotten a refund from my bed. They also are not using gloves or washing their hands going from the register to the food. Tommy with the dreads kept having everything slick to say , couldn't provide a reciept for the refund didn't want to write me something as proof. I stop going here over a decade ago. I only go to the one on Tara Boulevard but they left off green olives so now I go to Fayetteville most recently. First of all, back to the Highway 85 spot. They never really had their act together but were the closest to me. Why do they not have green olives when many of the other locations do? If it is possible to leave a lower star rating I would. I have been going here for years and this is the first time I had to become the Butthole because of the lazy good for nothing people working. I have difficulty with my legs so I always do car delivery. I checked in, my phone said I was checked in. I turned my flashers on like you are supposed to and sat there and sat there finally after 15 minutes of them just looking at me I had to go in then the took their time giving me my pizza. He very rudely said I needed to check in. Well Sparky I did and the flasher should have been a clue. This store has gone down hill so I think I will drive a little further to get better service. I ordered and got my order and of course it was wrong. I got out of my bed to drive to the location to get a refund. I called them and was left on hold for over 30 minutes; even though there was no one in the store and the two associates were standing there talking to one another when I pulled up. I placed an order for a Mediterranean Sandwich and Stuffed Cheese Bread at 11:35 am. The order left the store at 12:40pm according to the tracker. I live exactly 1.7 miles away from the Domino's location. I called around 1:16pm to get information about my order. The lady that answered the phone was rude and short. She did not even listen to what I was saying. She cut me off saying, "it'll be there" and hung up the phone. I am writing this review at 1:40 pm and still no food. This location truly sucks. It needs revision badly. I love Domino's pizza but corporate needs to come in and fire all the disgruntle employees this particular location always seem to have. They improperly cook food and seem to care less about presentation or time management. read more

Not sure if I should keep going to this location for dominos anymore. It seems every time I make an online order, something is always missing or messed up. I ordered a large deluxe pizza with no mushrooms due to a friend having an allergy to them, and they were still on there. Which I thought was odd considering they saw my note about adding diced tomatoes. I also almost always ask for 2-3 marinara dipping sauces & I stupidly always assume they're in one of the boxes, but they weren't, AGAIN. This is the third time I've had an issue with this location. I used the tracker which said my pizza and wings left the store at 1237 a.m. I NEVER GOT THE DELIVERY. No phone call or anything. Today , 6-22-18 i called the store (since they closed at 1 a.m.) and spoke to a Mr. Smith (he said he was the manager) ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. My daughter ordered a salad, cheese bread, and a medium pizza. The delivery driver left the salad. When I mentioned it to him, he stated he didn't see a salad. I called the store and the person who answered stated he left it at the store and they'll have it delivered to my house. I waited 2 hours before calling the store again. Terrible service. Delivery takes forever and every driver I've ever had can never seem to find their way then have the nerve to be rude and expect a tip. Here's your tip- "adjust your damn attitude!" I've gotten orders that were incorrect and pizzas that looked like they were prepared with one eye closed and both hands tied behind their back. So I hurried up and called my local dominos. whomever answered the phone wasnt very helpful but we eventually corrected my issue and assisted me with ordering the deal that I wanted. (Which happens to be 2 medium 1 topping with bread bites and cinnastix WITH a 2 litter for 19.99) Ok. That was all taken care of around 9:51pm It was 12:07am when I recieved my COLD FOOD! I understand 45 mins but thats almost a 2hr wait for some cold food. The bad part about this, the location is 5mins from my house. Called to find out how much longer my order would be the person who answered was rude told me 2 hours while the tracker as telling me something different I asked to speak to a manger and was hung up in n twice I Think papa jhons will be my choice. I really hate giving a bad review but this really pissed me off. The worst customer service I have ever had, I understand on x-mas you guy were crazy busy but I was trying to call your store was on hold to cancel my order for 1hour, (btw I have the screenshots and call log to prove it.) Then I got a call from the store and associate stated that I could wait for another 1.5 hour or cancel my order but I would get my money back that night or on Tuesday(a lie because it takes 3-5 business for the bank to process that) because I didn't sign for the delivery. Called store directly, they have no interest in tracking order or contacting driver to determine when order will be delivered to home. Called twice and hung up on twice(must be the norm for this location), only to have a man who identified himself as a "Shift Leader" state "Ma'am if you don't like the pizza that you ordered you can call corporate!" then promptly hung up. Instead of Domino's Order Confirmation Tracker they should change it to online "Thief-taker" They charged my card, I still don't have the pizza. Beware, this store has horrible reviews online. No one ever returned to the phone. It's unfortunate that they only offer 1 size for this overpriced pizza option. It's small, 10 inches. NEVER NEVER NEVER, AND I REPEAT NEVER USE THIS DOMINOS!!! They steal money from customers by never delivering the order and won't refund! My order was never delivered, I called the next day and they said the order was closed and there was nothing they could do. I called corporate customer support, filed and complaint. The local manager called back with a horrible attitude and said the order was refunded already. When I told her it wasn't, she said, ok I'll refund it. A week later no refund. I called customer support back and complained. Two weeks later STILL NO REFUND. I called again today THREE WEEKS later now and the person I talked to CLAIMED she did it today. I asked how do I know if it's done? Can you email a receipt or something? She said no, there is no way to give proof of a refund. She gave no apology, nothing. I even offered to come to the store to get a receipt! She said that wasn't possible either ! THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!! Pizza and bread sticks were DELICIOUS but the wings were so slimy looking and honestly didn't taste like they were cooked enough. I ordered a pizza online at 5:00 pm EST for delivery and this is the store that was assigned to deliver. I got the confirmation email that said the order will be delivered between 37-47 minutes. At 5:49 pm, I call to check on status because the tracker was not working and they tell me my order was cancelled because they don't deliver to my address!!!!!!! They didn't try to call me, or text me, or contact me period!!! The little boy I spoke to on the phone could care less. His tone was very nonchalant and I felt as though he was basically laughing at my misfortune. This has been a complete inconvenience and I hope this location reevaluates their piss poor management.
