I have always been a fan of dominos and love pizza, so it saddens me to say that lately as of the past month dominos in tremonton, UT is no longer on my list of favorite places to eat anymore. Our last few orders the pizzas were much smaller than usual, on the NY style was more like caecilian having thick dough and there was minimal sauce and too much cheese- it was simply horrible! The bread bites arrived as cinnamon balls, yet we rolled with it, so gross. The cinnamon twists arrived as buttered twists with no parmesian....neither was correct, and both recipes were botched. The 2nd pizza seemed ok, but not terrific however. For the amount we pay each week for dominos, we decided it is no longer worth it to receive poor quality food items. The drivers however are always professional kind and friendly. Something is amiss with their training and no one is quality checking the orders as they obviously need to be. It makes me sad as it is also the only pizza place near us! Dominos, please get it together! Maybe correct these issues, and send out local coupons so maybe we will give you another try! read more

So... it's Dominos. I'm actually not a huge fan of Dominos in general, but moving to this teeny town we are limited on options, which has forced me to try things I normally wouldn't just to find a little variety. I will say, the pizza is consistently good. The predictability is refreshing, it always tastes how I expect it , the delivery drivers are quick and friendly, and that is good for fast food pizza. I genuinely appreciate that. Iv'e had their pasta a few times and the carbonara is actually tasty, although I wish there was the option to add tomatoes to the basic recipe. My only gripe is that if you don't navigate their sometimes confusing or annoying barrage of specials and coupons and deals on their app without hitting some kind of blockade because this coupon can't be paired with that deal, your order that shouldn't exceed $35 can easily rack up to $90+. It's unnecessarily convoluted when really we all know that medium pizzas should always be cheap and adding extra toppings shouldn't hike the bill up ridiculously. Streamlining that would actually result in more orders from this household. read more

This was a really great experience; but after it was over I felt a little bad,... just because this Pizza venue was so overly generous. I ordered a couple pizzas, but the website (not the app) must have funked out. Long story short, without specifics, the shop inadvertently got the order wrong and fixed it super fast. Delivery girls (2) were so nice and Dominos did NOT need to fix the issue, but they did without complaint or request. When I'm back in Tremonton soon, you'll get my business again, guaranteed. I realize giving a chain 5 stars might be considered a yelp faux pas, but given the choices in my area (which are few to none) I'm gonna buck the system! I know what I'm getting when I order from this place. Very clean store and very clean cut employees. They're quick, efficient and friendly. My order is always perfect and the ankle biters love it, so it's a win-win. We're pretty simple...a lot a cheese pizza is consumed in our home, but it's crust is crispy and the sauce has a nice flavor. Consistent quality every time. Great chain pizza. Unfortunately, though the pizza tastes good, since our order is always wrong, we never get to experience it. We live outside the delivery area so we always pick it up in the store. The order has been wrong 7 times out of the 9 times we have ordered! I know, I know, I should have learned my lesson and given up long before this. How do you repeatedly screw up a thin crust, pacific veggie pizza...here's how-make it a regular crust and put pepperoni on it! I finally had enough and called the manager and told him I was sick of spending $35.00 or more for the wrong order and to drive more than 1/2 and then still not get dinner! The response from the inexperienced manager was to tell me because this was not my first complaint, he would not credit me. I told him I was bringing the pizza back and keep the money, I would never, ever order here again. Then he replied he would give me 2 free pizzas the next time, to which I replied there would NEVER be a next time and to keep the money as I wanted nothing from this pathetic excuse of a food SERVICE restaurant. Sad, but true, I was a District manager for Domino's in Chicago for more than a decade and a District Manager for Papa John's after that for 2 more years . Honestly, the franchisee should be embarassed at the poor operation and management in this restaurant. Perhaps you will laugh at this final experience when you read we actually returned about 9 months later for the exact same order; forgetting to check as we had a long way home and it was a long day already; what do you think when we opened our supposed thin crust, pacific veggie? You guessed it!!! A regular crust veggie with pepperoni and burnt besides...I threw it out and ate crackers, cheese and popcorn for dinner. Live and learn. read more

Domino's Pizza has really stepped it up this year. I was a fan of the "other" pizza place in town until I tried this Domino's on a whim. It is better tasting than other Dominos locations that I have eaten at. When I order and see that it is William (Billy) making my pizza, I know that I will get a quality pizza every time. I recommend trying the white sauce. It is a nice change of pace. Also the parmesan bites are awesome. read more
