The ambiance was ok, had a like old washed out vibe to it but it was alright. The booth we sat at had a broke back board so my friend couldn't lean back without it almost falling. No hate to the waiter but they didn't know what they were doing, they forgot to take our order, seemed like they were all over the place, didn't know the names of multiple of the items they brought to us and the food was no better, the proteins used were mediocre at best. Some slices were packed full of condiments while the others were naked. I feel like I'd have a better chance of witnessing Dennis Johnson score three back to back three pointers than this place make a better pizza. For our first time coming here the ambiance was decent. The waitress sat us down and forgot to come back to take our order. Once order was placed and the food came out suspiciously fast she didn't know what she was serving us. There was nothing cremini about the dip we got. The rustic focaccia was just crust folded in half baked with cheese on top. All the cream tasted the same like Alfredo with no flavor. We took the left overs and ended up giving it to a family traveling. Glad I'm not not a local because I Will not be returning would rather have ordered Pizza Hut for the price we paid smh. read more

It was okay it's a public restaurant, but I would definitely work on timing of paying for pizza and getting the product out to the customers and presentable for one. Great pizza and wonderful service. Loved the chicken bacon ranch pizza - it had Doritos on it! And the pepperoni was tasty as well. I would have both again, they were great. Do yourself a favor and stop by the grocery store to buy a frozen pizza. It will save you $25 and offer you a similar experience. Crust was a pre prep and totally awful. Toppings were sporadic, some slices have a lot and others having nothing. Very bland and boring. The garlic cheese bread looked amazing on the menu. Nothing more than the pre prepped crust with sauce and cheese. Almost inedible. If this is a fairly new place, their days are numbered. Fool me once, lose me as a customer for life. read more

I don't even know where to start except my husband wanted Dominos for their $5.99 specials and I wanted local. I clicked on the internet link and it took me to ChowHound, which charges a delivery fee, so I backed out & went to the restaurant's website. I ordered a pasta, a 12" pizza, and attempted to order wings, but it wouldn't let me get past adding a "required' side, which was a $2.50 salad. I closed the order with just a 12" pizza & pasta ($17 & $11), totally overlooking the $9.05 delivery charge. (My bad.) I immediately called the restaurant after I placed the order, explaining I wanted wings, but without the mandatory salad. The young lady said she would walk it over so it would be delivered at the same time. In the meantime, I received an email from Firehouse acknowledging my order, and a text from Door Dash saying they would pick up my order and I needed to wear a mask to accept the delivery if in person. I also received two emails from ChowHound asking about my service, so I really don't know how my order was delivered and who got my money. 45 min later I have: A) a CHILD handing me my food, without a mask (and I asked him - he was with Door Dash - and I did tip him $5) - I have it on video, so ask me, B) the pasta looked like it had been dropped on the ground because it was severely bent, and C) no wings. When I called about the wings, I was told I was welcome to pick them up. I just paid NINE DOLLARS for delivery! Attached is a pic of the salad for which they wanted $2.50. read more

Staff is rude! I ordered a pizza online. I didn't get a confirmation after I ordered so I called the store to verify my order. They said they had it no problem. When I arrived at the store they informed me they didn't have the order and then started to tell me about how the printer from the tablet wasn't working and they were having tablet issues. I told them that wasn't my problem as they had verified when I called that they had the order. Staff was super rude while we waited for them to prepare the pizza I had ordered an hour earlier. I won't ever be back as they were so rude. Don't start with the excuses be honest you didn't prepare the pizza and move on don't blame everyone but yourself because on the phone you admitted you had the order. read more

Brigham city has so many pizza options, but only firehouse has the delicious Montana pizza with ranch Doritos as one of the toppings...it's so good! We've eaten here as a family a couple of times a year when we're not too pizza'd out! The pasta and cheesy garlic bread are also delicious. First off, I called in to try and place an order on a Friday night. No answer. I thought well they must be busy I'll place it online. Easy. I went in about 10 minutes past the time their system told me it would be ready and by the time I got there my food was cold and the restaurant was pretty empty. Not a big deal because the pizza was delicious! Not sure if it's the state but nobody in this restaurant had their masks up over their mouths or nose. You could see inside the kitchen and there was about 3 gentleman preparing food with their masks down laughing and talking up a storm. One of them walked out, still with their mask down, to check on a pizza and saw a couple customers staring at him and promptly pulled his mask up. A couple of things--I thought we were going to need to call the firehouse with all the smoke that was in the building. That CANNOT be good. Still the best pizza for the dollar in Brigham. Do you know you can get pizza at thirteen places in this town? The lunch specials are great! Their salads are loaded with every veggie imaginable. Pizza is good and we have not had a bad calzone or sandwich here ever. The management and staff are always splendid. We tip well because of the way we are treated and the prices are low enough that we do not feel gouged. If we do not go every week, we go twice or three times. There is a new joint out on the highway that is not worth the effort. The Seven Eleven pizza is far better than this new joint for a far better price and the new place doesn't allow you to sit. I recently did a solo take out lunch from the Brigham City location of this northern Utah chain restaurant. They were busy for the lunch rush and had lots of take out orders being called in, but everything seemed be running smoothly and efficiently. They have a weekday lunch special menu that is not listed on their website and for ~$10 you can get one of their 8" (personal size) specialty pizzas, a basic side salad (or bread), and a drink. If you decide to get a one topping pizza their lunch special price is $6. I thought the pizza was good, the crust was the best part.. I tried the chicken artichoke and it was different than what I thought it was going to be, I should have read the description more closely. It is their spinach artichoke dip as a sauce and then chicken, bacon, and tomato topping. I thought the bacon was a bit overpowering but it was still a decent pizza. Next time I am in town I would like to try something different though. The Triple Threat (three varieties of pepperoni) seemed to be quite a popular pizza order. read more

Delicious pizza! One of the best pizza crusts out there and is delicious with the fire roasted flavor. Sometimes it's a hit and miss and they don't put enough or freshest toppings on the margarita pizza. The focaccia bread is yummy, but they have been skimping on the cheese for a while. (We like it with a little more cheese like it use to be years back!) also, the sandwiches are yummy, but the pastas are not the best. The place is always clean and the service is always wonderful. We love firehouse in Logan so we figured it would be just as good in Brigham so we stopped for lunch. The restaurant was filled with smoke (more than usual, hanging in the air and burning eyes), the tables were filthy, and it wasn't busy as an excuse for it to be that dirty. I asked them to wash the table again and they still missed spots of spilled sauces. Looking around, the place is in need of a good wash, the dirt is settled into the ceiling fixtures and vents are black. I can imagine the smoke is due to a vent being clogged, as when they open the pizza oven smoke pours out. The positive - the young people working were so sweet, very good service! The pizza/pasta/breadsticks were good also. I won't go back unless they have a good scrub down. read more

Our waitress was very nice but we were seated in their new addition "the chill zone", therefore we were outta sight outta mind. Pizza was pretty good, I had the standard pepperoni. Excellent mix of cheese, sauce, and pepperoni. Not a lot of room inside for seating. Better than some of the local pizza places. When we were there it was pretty dirty inside (even though they just opened). They weren't super busy, but they seemed to be running behind. read more

A pleasant surprise. We stopped in for lunch on our way through Brigham with 6 kids. We were impressed with the prices and we all enjoyed our food. The service was truly top notch. The icing on the cake was free ice cream sandwiches for the kids at the end of the meal AND suckers for the road.
