A local joint serving local people, nothing really fancy. Your typical country small town pizza shop. Upon first glance, garlic bread was well cooked and tasted great. Hard to screw up garlic bread. Both pizzas looked ok, but when served they were undercooked. Soft outer crust, under carriage was soft. Between the toppings and the base, the pizza still has the yeast dough consistency. It needed about another 5-8 minutes in the oven to finish it and firm up the base. Sauce was a bit bland and a bit sweet, might need a bit of garlic salt, oregano and maybe some thing to push it into the more tomato acidic profile. Once finished in the oven, and a bit of parm and red flakes it was good but not great in our opinion. If you are looking strong flavor profiles, New York/New Haven style pies... This is not the place. If you are feeding the masses and don't want to travel far, this place will do just fine.
