Honestly horrible customer service. I placed an order for only cookies and a lava cake and I have been waiting for over an hour for them to "throw them in the oven" when I called after 40 minutes the lady in the phone was super rude and hung up on me. Randall deserves all 5 stars, my encounters with him have been very delightful on several occasions! He hasn't been there long but damn his customer service is great, greets you, ready & willing to help. If he is in the middle of something he lets you know he will be with you in a minute, friendly, always has a smile on his face. I haven't seen him lately; so hope'n he still works there! But if not its totally understandable due to the manager & how I've seen her treats the employees. Shannon, the store manager & other staff do not even get the 1 star. When I came in to get my order, she was yelling at her employees saying they were retards & going off about how stupid they must be. Most often than not it smells of pot when you first walk in. In short, let's just say not impressed at all. I kind of wonder what happens if an employee tried to go to HR & makes a complaint. Does that person now no longer have a job, hours taken away? Not sure why corporate would continue to allow this to happen. Sure, you have lost several great employees cause of this. read more

I know a whole lot of people in the Watertown area who order in Dominos on a regular basis. And since they keep going back I am not so sure some of these negative reviews are anything more than an anomaly. I have only ordered a couple pizzas while staying at local hotels but the quality and taste was right on par with what I expect from Dominos pizza. I ordered from our local store, was told roughly 31 minutes. It took an hour and a half to get two sandwiches. They arrived cold. When i called the store i was hung up on. When i called back again i was on hold for 15 minutes, after someone finally answered i asked to speal to the manager. The manager is who hung up on me previously. He proceeded to swear at me and hang up again. I order from there frequently, however i would much rather spend that elsewhere after that poor customer service. read more

Used the online app. It was nice. Steven made my pizza very quick. And it said Steven double checked for "quality". I'm not sure what he checked for... Possibly make sure the whole center of the pizza is the same consistency as fresh pig S**t... Warm and sloppy. Out of the whole 16" pizza. Only about 2" of the outside we're edible without the use of a spoon. By far the worst pizza I have ever had. I would not recommend anyone buy slop from this Domino's. If I could give a 0 or less. This is your average everyday Dominos. We ordered online and it was extremely efficient! The pizza was hot and ready before the scheduled completion time. They had a handy step stool for kids to be able to see the pizza being prepared. This Dominos needs a good spring cleaning as the dust layers are getting a little thick. Also, if you want a Parmesan packet, prepare to be charged extra for it. The food was tasty. read more
