We have continued to order from the Dominoes in Waterville Maine although the attitude of the individual they have in charge at night(a female who claims to be a manager) our orders are never less than $50 & often over $70, I ordered 6 pizzas a sandwich and hot wings & paid for two blue cheese dressings for the wings, & received 1, called the store & asked if they could drop the other one off seeing we are right around the corner and it is pouring & I have a bad hip(being replaced in August) it became a federal case, she claimed I recd two & if they dropped one off 850 ft from their store although they go by our house no less than 100xs a day, there would be a delivery charge and they would have to charge me another $1.50 for another dressing that o already packed d for & didn't receive. She's yelling at me over this, and being extremely condescending and rude! I've managed restaurants for over 35 years, if I heard one of my employees treat any customer...new or a regular in such a way, they'd have been fired in the spot! I don't know what qualifications she has, but customer service is definitely not one of them. They are convenient due to their proximity to our home, but we will be ordering from the other 5 places that serve similar foods from now on, of whom actually value their customers, especially their regulars! read more

It's Domino's and I expected Domino's quality and was not disappointed. We ordered online for pick up and it was ready as promised. The staff members were busy working when we walked in, processing orders and making food and not standing around chatting. I loved my pepperoni pizza and the butter garlic dipping sauce for my crust. They gave us so many napkins!! It was perfect. The pick up area was clean and organized. When I'm craving classic Dominos, I will definitely return. We ordered dinner in the Waterville Domino's on 04/16/26. There was a power outage and they were not able to have our order ready for the time we requested. It was going to be another hour or so before it would be ready. We asked if we could cancel the order and get a refund. They were okay with that. Never got our money back. Called 3 times in a week in a half and every time the manager was not available and you need to speak with the manager. $66 never refunded. I stopped spur of the moment and ordered a large Pep with bacon pizza which turned out to be amazing. I was truly impressed by the crispiness of the crust and the generous amount of toppings. Thank you for saving Mothers Day. We had reservations for 14 at Ruby Tuesdays for 1 o'clock on Mothers Day. Confirmed them on May 9th showed up at 1245 and was told sorry they would not honor the reservation. If I could give zero stars I would. Given the state of the country, family from all across the US chipped in to give a 6 year old boy his one birthday wish, Dominos Pizza. Pizzas were ordered and paid for, but the staff and GM of this location said money wasn't received. The boys Mom provided proof of payment and at one point was even laughed at. Zero resolution and they threw all the pizzas in the trash. With the help of cell phone technology our family regrouped and ordered pizza at a different place. They made it and gladly accepted proof of payment in record time. Birthday saved. The lead supervisor at this Dominos even lies about the presence of the stores GM. He was reached by phone from an aunt in Florida. He refused to help. This is not how to run a business but is how to ruin a small boys birthday. I ordered a pizza at 6 pm, was charged, waited over 1 hour, I called the store, they said there was no order, and they canceled it because they were out of pan crust and sandwich dough. The Pizza was cold , waiting 3 hours 4 mins since I first placed order, cold pizza, the stuff bread was soaked in oil, and had a foul taste and smell, must be from oil I believe. Dominos offered nothing to me for this terrible service, they also forgot my dipping sauce for the chicken, and I paid for 2 extras!!! no napkins, no plates,......I order a lot from dominos, and after last week missing toppings on a pizza, Im officially done. Called dominos at like 1 am understandable that on a weekend they might be busy but to wait over and hour at almost 3am for pizza and have to call them to see if they even realize there was a order. Then magically 10 mins later someone shows up . Finally get the pizza and it smells funny taste it and you can taste something funny had almost like a burnt plastic chemical smell. The staff was very unprofessional (swearing, throwing equipment around, hanging up on callers). The cooks and everyone here are not wearing any sort of gloves while handling food (one guys sweating, whipping it off, and then CONTINUING to prepare food). The whole staff is running around like their heads were just cut off, pizzas are literally falling out of the oven. The pizza cutters have remnants from other pizzas (cross contamination) don't they care about food allergies?? Apparently not! Overall the service is shit.
