Expect poor communication once you have signed the contract, which is You will then need to continuously communicate beyond an acceptable limit in order to have your project completed the way it was initially discussed. You will also find yourself repeatedly paying more money than anticipated as you'll be strongly, held to your initial plan and pay exorbitant prices for anything that will deviate from that plan. Prices are significantly inflated when they must subcontract work out to others above and beyond they're already high price point I have no doubt the work was at some point quality in the past however, that aspect of this company has long since disappeared. I would recommend going with another company that costs less, and is more willing to work with you, as the project develops without nickel and diming, every slight deviation from the initial plan.
