I contacted them through Yelp and they replied promptly, the owner was friendly and came out within a few days to look at the work I wanted done and gave me a competitive estimate. The price was right by me and they came out on the date I needed them which was within a week of the estimate. They came out and completed the work at a reasonable time frame and we're very friendly answering questions and taking additional requests. I have a few more trees I need gone next year and I'll be contacting them again.

After assessing the trees, she kindly let me know that we were just outside of their service area. What happened next really stood out. On her drive back to the office, Natalie actually took the time to text me a photo of a local tree contractor she spotted nearby. She recommended him, noting that he's local, would likely offer more competitive pricing, and wouldn't have as far of a drive. In this day and age, it's almost unheard of for a business owner to go out of their way to refer a potential customer to a competitor like that. I was genuinely impressed and very appreciative of her honesty and thoughtfulness. Even though we won't be using Bumblebee for this job, I would highly recommend Natalie and the entire Bumblebee Tree Service & Landscape Design team without hesitation.
