Total incompetentcy from the new office staff (April) and the new salesman (Dave) compared to when I first started using Franco's Tree Service back in Sept/ 2022 and for more recent jobs (2025). Dave gave me an Estimate of $650 on 4/28/2026 and promised that he would call or email me with a final cost on the cedar mulch I wanted for my garden beds by 5/1/2026. Well, I NEVER had ANY Correspondence from Franco's until I called the office (2x's) on Monday, 5/11/2026, and only then, was I sent an incomplete estimate via email - - the cost was $200 more than the verbal estimate, which would have been acceptable if the estimate showed exactly how many yards of cedar mulch that was going to be ordered and the cost/yd, and the scope of the work was less and incomplete from what Dave and I had discussed on Tuesday, 4/28/2026. I immediately sent my own email, on Monday, 5/11/2026, to Franco's, outlining everything that Dave and I had discussed and questioning if this new increased cost was going to include EVERYTHING. I NEVER received a response until I called the office, yet again, on Thursday, 5/14/2026, only to find that office employee, April, never read my email or shared it with Dave. She assured me that she would have Dave contact me the next day (Friday, 5/15/2026). As of Monday, 5/18/2026, at 1pm, I haven't received ANY CORRESPONDENCE (phone call or email) from Franco's staff, and have Declined the estimate and Any Future Business with Franco's!!! I'm really pleased with the landscaping done by Franco's Tree Service. They came out and gave a very reasonable quote, and discussed different options. Today they came and ripped out my front garden beds, enlarged them and added new shrubs. I changed my mind halfway through on keeping the existing daylilies, and they kindly dug up two large yellow daylilies from my backyard, split them up, and scattered them among the new shrubs. They also mulched the beds and took care to make sure it looked perfect. They also moved my existing EP Henry pavers and repurposed them into a 24 foot garden in my backyard and then filled it with dirt for me to plant later. AND they did this all during 97 degree weather.... All the while with big smiles on their faces and being courteous. (Yes, I made sure they all had water) I would not hesitate to hire this company again, I'm very pleased. read more

I called Franco's Tree Service to remove and grind down the stumps for 2 fairly trees. They came out within two days to give me an estimate. I told them I had to run it through our HOA first. Once it was approved (with an insurance policy) I asked when they could to the work. they came out and finished the job quickly and their clean up perfect. I'm very pleased with the work they did and would not be ashamed to tell anyone to use Franco's. One last thing all the workers were very nice and friendly. read more

I called a company Franco's tree service to do an estimate. They came and gave the estimate and then never showed up to do the job after taking a deposit. They did return the deposit. But that was after refusing to make it right and send someone out, Luckily we were able to find a company who came out the same day and completed the job and at a cheaper rate read more
