I absolutely love Cordova Mall! I feel like I'm young again when I visit. In general it seems as though the indoor shopping mall is slowly dying out throughout the country. You wouldn't know it by visiting the mall here in Pensacola. Anchor stores like Dillard's and Belk seem to be doing just fine, and I don't generally see vacant shops when I walk around. The food court has quite a few options and outdoors there are all kinds of restaurants, ranging from fast food to full service dining. When I'm here I feel like it's 1982 and I'm a teenager hanging out! You can bet I'll be back! read more

Manger claims there is policy of not allowing people to solicit (weather selling , advertising, promotions , talking ) to patrons. When I was there they kicked out people for just having conversations. The website has no such policy and the mall its self has no policies posted. This mall has been holding strong for an indoor mall and continues to draw the crowds. The location is perfect for any visit to Pensacola as it is central to many things. The service was good as was the variety and selection of stores. Go visit and definitely stop by your favorite stores and try some Cinnabon and visit BackStage Boutique, H&M, Dillards, VS, Starbucks & Red Robin just to name a few. A typical mall with a number of variety shops. It also has a food court that offers a selection of chain food items, however some are a tad pricey. The service in the stores visited are lacking customer friendly vibes. You walk in, they look, you browse, and no one says a word nor try to assist you. That is why more chose to shop on line due to the lack of professionalism. read more

The Simons Mall Pensacola also known as Cordova Mall has been dealing with unruly teens creating chaos, havoc, etc. for many months (not the volume there was the weekend of 5/1/26 but still a lot). I've personally watched fights outside the mall when I went to eat at Moe's. We went to the mall to eat at Moe's one night a couple of months ago & when we went to leave, hubs stopped me from opening the door bc there were 20-30 teens outside of the store who were fighting & some parents came up & started to encourage the fights...I called the law & when they pulled up, the kids started running & some tried to come inside Moe's but we told them to get out bc they were involved in all that (which they tried to lie to our face like we weren't standing there watching) & my husband told them yes they were bc we saw them (he's a retired sgt with the Sheriff in TN) and they can get out & deal with the consequences. What pissed me off was the cops literally did nothing but pull up. No arrests & let them go & when we did go to the car, there was a group there with one of the parents & they were still screaming back & forth at others on the sidewalk...now, I just try to avoid the mall bc until they implement rules for the mall where kids can't be there unless they're with adults/parents & start holding the parents & kids accountable by charging/arresting them, it's just not safe for anyone. It's sad & upsetting that parents don't want to parent anymore while parents stood there cheering it on & even inserting themselves into the mess. That alone proves why curfews are overdue & why minors should not be at the mall without an adult 21 or older. It is a parent's legal responsibility to ensure their children follow rules, follow the law & grow into responsible human beings. When parents fail to meet that basic duty, the liability shifts directly onto them. If they choose to ignore their obligations, they should be prepared to face the consequences that come with enabling disorderly conduct. Without real enforcement, this behavior will keep escalating until it is completely out of hand. The next incident may not be just a fight. It could turn into something far more serious, which is a preventable tragedy if action is taken fast & immediately. It is past time to start putting rules for Cordova Mall in place to prevent this nonsense so people feel safe going to the mall to shop without being in fear or just avoid going to the mall all together like I have. Law Enforcement need to start holding parents accountable & pursuing charges when they actively contribute to or encourage this nonsense. Law Enforcement needs to stop standing there watching the chaos & do absolutely nothing to stop it. I haven't seen a cop do anything but be present & that's a waste of tax dollars & the cops that are paid to provide security off-duty as an additional income & in an official capacity need to do work they're paid to do. At this rate, the mall will not have real shoppers coming to spend money & opt to buy online instead of shopping there in fear. It's not safe for shoppers or the employees who are there trying to earn a paycheck & give us the opportunity to see, touch, feel, try on, etc. the things we're interested in buying. If Cordova Mall or Simons Mall Pensacola keeps this up, shoppers not coming will be the least of your worries bc retailers will not renew or will opt to leave their store altogether bc it's not profitable & loss of profits due to theft as well. read more

Had some time to kill between checking out at a local hotel nearby and checking in at another hotel in Mobile. Was a very laid back, lower end mall that was fairly busy and a total 90's vibe. Was surprised to see a three level Dillard's that was thriving and busy! Mall was very clean, and plenty of parking and not crowded. Was very nice to see a mall that was not run down with no rift raft and doing fairly well with business. read more

With the online shopping craze and more and more shipping centres closing their doors, I'm always glad to see a good crowd and bustle in a shopping center, as there was during our first time here. What was most striking was the considerably younger, predominantly male crowd, which made us wonder whether there was a military base nearby. My overall impression was that the space was vibrant and bright. There are things about browsing in stores and walking through a shopping center that can't be substituted. If only for that, I hope this place stays open for many more years. read more

There are tons of new stores, new stores coming & new restaurants! It's still quite small, which I LOVE, bc it's a easy in & out for moi. Especially if you park by Dicks sporting goods. ya! Cordova Mall has definitely seen better days. Parking, while plentiful, seems a bit haphazard. They have a decent selection of stores and restaurants, so they have that going for them. Nothing really special about this mall, though it is convenient if you are visiting somebody at the hospital and need to grab something. read more

This mall lacks the standard stores that are trending and it is difficult to find stores that carry current styles. The restrooms are by far the worst feature. Absolutely disgusting and unclean. Unfortunately this is the only shopping mall on Pensacola and it is very dated. I rather drive two hours to Destin for better stores and cleaner bathrooms. read more

Burlington store has moved to this mall. Please check your receipts before you leave this place. We returned two pairs of shoes ($39.90, $19.90), got $21.90 back after we bought another pair for $19.90. We asked about the $39.90 refund and the cashier said we didn't buy it After the manager asked her to credit $19.90, she did an even exchange so we only got half of our refund back ( $21.90 instead of $39.90+tax). We told her about the even exchange and she sent us home saying it is a credit. read more

Lots of stores I normally shop at, nice ambience, and always full of people. The food court could use a little help. I definitely will never eat at Wok a Holic again; those Chinese workers are tricky and stingy. They kept changing my order to a more expensive one and then they even charged me a dollar per water cup. It's really annoying how they keep asking for tips in the food court section when they are very lacking. read more

What happened Pensacola?!?!?! What have you done to my beloved Cordova Mall??? I guess the first signs this mall was going down hill was when Parisians moved out over a decade ago. The only department stores that are left today are Belk and Dillards. A Best Buy and Dick Sporting Goods took over the two other spots that used to hold department stores. I noted some positive changes over the years. A lot of great restaurants have moved into the mall. High end stores such as Coach and boutiques such as Loft entered the plaza, but so many of the clothing stores have been replaced by electronic stores and other randomness. I love Sephora and Aldo, but it has gotten to the point that there are no more clothing options in this mall besides Loft and Express. And what happened to the Gap?!?!?! I have noticed an abundance of new stores targeted to teens, but Cordova mall is desperately lacking clothes for the 20-40 age group. I used to love shopping with my mom when I visited home, but I can no longer shop at Cordova mall. I'll stick to shopping in Tampa. read more

Small but very clean and organized mall. Lots of vendors in-between the stores that were doing pretty good business--even had a guy cutting hair which was the first time I had seen that. Plenty of stores at pretty reasonable prices. Plenty of variety at the food court. Lots of parking and the place was pretty packed on a Saturday. Lots of other stores located outside the mall: Bed, Bath & Beyond, World Market and others--so very convenient shopping area. read more

It's not necessarily the mall but those kiosks that I don't recommend. I sent my son to go to the mall and buy 2 Otterbox phone cases. On his way to Best Buy he stopped at a kiosk and asked if they had any Otterbox cases the seller Randy said yes we do. My son told him what sizes he needed and Randy said yes we have them. Randy then charges him put them in the bag and sends him on his way. My son opens to bag to 2 China knockoffs with Otterbox no where on the items or the packaging. My son goes back within the hour but the seller refuses to refund saying it's against store policy to do any refunds. The receipt even says Otterbox but the product is most definitely not Otterbox. They actually don't have any Otterbox branded products. All of this was reported to the Mall office but they said there isn't much they can do. read more

I don't think I've ever hated a place as much as I do Cordova Mall. When I first got there, I thought it was your average run-of-the-mill mall. There were a lot of typical stores like Hot Topic, H&M, and a food court. Yet they lacked other stores that I normally see in other malls, like JCPenney and Forever 21. What I liked about it was that it seemed pretty clean to me. Parking sucked, especially after the holiday season ended and all the sales began. It's a pretty small mall, so of course, the food court was small. It had a decent selection of food, but because there were only, what, six food places, the lines were insanely long. But seating wasn't a huge issue. There weren't huge crowds, and it wasn't terrible. So what in the world warrants this place one star? Well, let me tell you. I had never felt so much anti-Asian sentiment from one place. I'd never seen such blatant display of discrimination or racial microaggression. Or maybe it's focused towards any race that isn't Caucasian, since that's the primary demographic. Who knows? This is my experience: 1) At one of the stores, my aunt and I were brushed off by a worker who decided that we weren't worth his time. She tried to ask about the sales, and he just answered impatiently, like it was an obvious fact. I thought that he was just having a bad day until a group of white women entered, and his attitude took a 180. He plastered a smile on his face and treated them with respect and patience. I just--what the hell? 2) Here's the kicker. At another one of the stores, my aunt was mocked. Yes, she was mocked for being Asian. She went to look at the display at the counter and was debating what to buy. The male worker who helped her was indifferent to her as he waited. But the female worker at the cash register next to him? She talked down to my aunt, speaking to her like she was speaking to a child. She didn't act that way towards the other customers, but specifically pointed that attitude at my aunt, who had been in the states longer than her 30-year-old-looking ass has been alive. It was so condescending that I was dumbfounded. Absolutely disgusted and furious. Either my aunt was too busy looking at the display and didn't notice or she decided to ignore her, but she left happily with her purchases. I'm normally pretty generous with my ratings. I'll overlook bad attitude if it's pointed towards everyone because everyone has bad days, and I feel that. However, this is the first time I wish I could give an establishment zero stars. The shameless display of discrimination and microaggression is crossing a line. No, it's not just crossing a line--it's stubbornly plowing through until a person can feel so uncomfortable and that they don't belong. The two experiences made me and my sister feel like we weren't welcome. Ever. But hey, you know what? That just makes it easier for us to never go back. read more

The required mask policy is not enforced at all. The mall is not nearly as busy, so the mall cops are just riding around on their scooters doing nothing...but watching as ignorant shoppers walk around without masks. I heard several people coughing as they walked around, not a care to anyone else's health or safety. At the very least the mall could do SOMETHING to protect those of us wearing our masks! They wanted to reopen, but the way things are going, their mall will be a source of further spread. I know you don't care about two shoppers out of how many, but we won't be back until you all can use some sense in running your mall. read more

Cordova Mall perfectly blends two absolutely terrible attributes of malls: terrible personnel and a bunch of riff raff. Walking into the mall, a security guard confronted us regarding our loud speaking in the parking lot. He told us not to bring that hyperactivity into the mall. He then proceeded to tell my friend to remove his hood from his head. What if my friend was a woman who would be embarrassed to do so? The mall itself lends itself to a confusing layout, what with its odd circular design. Plus, individuals in the public setting were certainly causing more chaos than us, who simply wanted to grab a bite to eat in the food court. Perhaps the terrible atmosphere in the shopping center comes about from the uneasiness from tourists and ruckus-causing idiots in Florida, but I would not recommend anyone to do their shopping here. read more
