I came here before I moved into Van Wert. I was planning on giving up a large part of my…read morefurniture... mostly because I didn't want to have to store/pack it but also because some of the pieces were older and it wasn't worth the cost and effort to move it. People in here were very friendly, the pieces of furniture were nice but I didn't find any living room sets that made me want to buy it. Also I was looking to buy appliances and they do not carry Samsung, which is my favorite brand. Still the staff was so nice, I think it deserved this rating. I may have gone with another store, one closer to the place I moved from, but if I ever need to buy local I would check this place out again.

From the outside it looks like a simple single room store in a strip-mall attached to a warehouse…read moreor some large for profit college taking up the other doors. But this complex off Elida Road on the eastern edge of Delphos is one behemoth furniture store with cavern after cavern of showrooms selling wares for every room in the standard American house and porch and patio and summer yard. It has a throwback philosophy was my impression, that harkened back to when sales & retail was a decently paid gig staffed by competent people who knew their stuff, was outgoing and friendly, and seemed to like what they were doing. ( before the brass of large retail companies thought saying money on payroll justifying slashing talent away leading to the low quality customer service we see too much today.) The staff was helpful, friendly, and kept busy changing out displays and helping visitors. Large showrooms allow for a wide variety of styles and choices. There were more on display than you find in big box furniture stores in Columbus. Sofas aplenty, coffee and end tables included, recliners and accent items, bar stools and bar chairs of standard and nonstandard heights, dining room chairs of many styles, desks and office furniture, real bookcases, affordable bed sets and bedroom sets, and bookcases armoires, display cases, and other miscellaneous items. They also sell appliances: dishwashers, cloths washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerator. This is high quality stuff but not too crafted to be out of a middle class budget. I help a friend get a sturdy, fantastic look desk to make a landing in a home office. If you live in the Lima area and need decent furniture, this is a place to spend a few hours.

And they don't have lots of inventory to look over. But enough to get the idea of what you want. The store is small and broken up into a front showroom, main showroom and back area. There isn't much flashy about CA. Things are clean and mostly organized. The offices are in the middle section. On this occasion I had to search out someone to help me. The folks here were very friendly and helpful. No pressure. Good at presenting options and data. I had to wait in the office as we completed the paperwork and transactions. The office is not geared for the customer to sit down, relax and comfortably complete the transaction. I ended up buying a refrigerator. I feel like I got a good deal. We will see how the delivery goes.

I cannot commend this place for how patient and helpful the associates were that we worked with. Super friendly, extremely helpful and they made it a lot easier to part with what felt like my first born son to purchase the appliances that my wife "could not live without". I would do business with them again and would definitely give them a shot over the "big box stores" any day of the week.

The sales representative was so helpful. He taught me how to use a ceramic top cover. I am used to a coil top range. 60+ years old, and i am still learning! The delivery guys were here 20 minutes early. The process of the removal of the old stove to the installation of the new one was flawless. They took the time to get it perfectly level! They even went over the different settings. If you need a new appliance, please give Frank Sales in Bowling Green, Ohio, a look. It's MUCH better than any box store. Personal service!

I went to Frank sales for a brand new washer, to have in my apartment. I spoke with the salesman…read moreand explained I needed the washer hooked up to my kitchen faucet. He did not find it a problem. However, he wanted to confirm whether it could be hooked up that way. An older blond lady with glasses said it could not be hooked up to the kitchen sink. It was not a portable washer, and therefore was not possible. She kept arguing this fact and kept persisting. I explained that I had previous hooked up a washer to another lady's sink at the ivywood apartments. I sent had to hook up my own washer as well. You can see the order for me to hook up my washer on the bill of sale. Neither the person at ivywood apartments, nor myself had any sort of problems with the washer. One last thing, the washer actually has a "cold tap " setting on it. You can see that in a picture posted.
