They ended up doing what I thought was an amateur looking job. The lights that they put on the outside of the building were put on smashing the new siding. Their answer was the contractor should have put the right blocking up for it. I thought that is what they were going to do. They left a random screw hole in the siding. When asked, oh that must have been where they were going to put some strapping but decided not to. They broke a picture frame that was in the garage. Left marker writing on the new siding. The three way switch that was supposed to turn the outside lights on from inside the house was not able to be completed that day so they were going to come back the next week to finish. I didn't hear from them for two weeks and that was only because I had to call them. Their excuse was that they had a job with a company that they had to keep happy so they would call them back. When asked when they would have called me, they said maybe not till next week or later. I find that timeline unacceptable. They gave a weak response of a sorry and that they would send me the invoice. Over all the work is done and working I will give them that. You get what you pay for.

They took time to look at the vacuum and find me the part number they thought would fix the issue. I appreciate their help!

Dropped our generator off for repair, had a slight oil leak and was told it would be a couple of…read moremonths before they could get to it. Understood. We needed the generator a month and a half later and was told it would be some time before they would be able to look at it. That was OK I knew he was busy but we needed the generator so my wife went to pick up the generator and was told we owed the $50,00 deposit fee. When asked "Why?" because he never even looked at the generator, it just sat on the floor for a month and a half he said it was to hold the place in line. I replied, "You mean you are charging me $50 for the honor of waiting in line?, you did absolutely nothing. I can understand if you look at it you have a right to be compensated for your time even if it is unable to be fixed, however when you take something and give nothing at all in return for it that is what criminals do." At this point of course he didn't want to talk to me and said he'd give $25 back and didn't seem to care a bit about what good honest business people do. Would not refer anyone here. Told a friend and she said she had a bad experience there as well. They don't seem to care about customers.
