After the appointment my husband needed to come back to fix a filling, they gave him a copy of the quote and everything that insurance would cover. Two days before his appointment to fix his filling we were notified they didn't accept our insurance and we had a balance from the first exam of $200 and now will be paying out of pocket to fix his filling. I called them and explained to them how was this right and they told me over and over it's their "system" it runs the insurance after the patient has been seen. Which makes NO SENSE cause every dentist I called knew from the minute I was trying to set up an appointment that they didn't except our insurance. I even talked to the corporate director Melissa. And all she could tell me was I'm sorry but it's "our system" she had no resolution even after I explained everything and how wrong it is to do this to people! How did she feel good misleading people to believe this place takes the insurance and turns out it doesn't. Imagine if my husband would have got work done that day of his exam, it just didn't fit our schedule but we would have paid out of pocket $1000+!!!
