Unfortunately, she…read morelacked the necessary knowledge to accurately assess the market value, resulting in a significantly lower price for the house. Despite the unconventional approach, she insisted on this pricing strategy and ultimately achieved her desired outcome. Surprisingly, even before hosting any Open Houses, literally two days after putting it on MLS, she proposed a price reduction, which is a red flag in the real estate industry. Typically, realtors hold at least two weekends of Open Houses before considering or proposing any price adjustments. When an offer came in, even below the listing price, she quickly pushed for acceptance as she was rushed to get commission which was handed to her without her earning it. She didn't discuss the contingencies and did the negotiating on our behalf. She unilaterally made the decisions and presented the terms for us to sign. Once again, her relationship with the judge played a significant role in getting what she wanted. Despite having made significant upgrades worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, our house was ultimately sold at the lowest price compared to other properties in the neighborhood even without any upgrades. Throughout this process, she neglected her responsibilities as an agent, including acting ethically, maintaining trust, and promoting fairness.
