Knowing I was on a tight schedule, I called the store the day before to confirm my order would be ready and again first thing in the morning before heading out, just to be sure. On my second call, the person said they didn't my order. Didn't ask for a number, just "it's not here, we don't have it." After providing my order number and confirmation, they finally located it and assured me it was ready. However, when I arrived, the employee couldn't find my prints--because they hadn't even been printed. To make matters worse, she gave me attitude about the entire situation. I won't be returning to this store--or any Staples--because I've had far better experiences with printing at Office Depot.

This time we had the appointment for the first opening after one of the breaks. Worked perfect- right in when they reopened. The man doing the precheck was very patient with my wife.
