The fries were a great complement, and the portion was so generous that I had enough left over for a second meal. It's easy to see why they had a line out the door during the lunch rush. A curry like stew type thing in the middle, the other end had some pink cabbage. The portion size is/was quite large and generous. I was with two other friends and one of them got the Stuffed Cabbage (Golubsti). She kindly let me take a bit of it and oh my gosh, this dish was also delicious. This food truck moves around quite a bit in the greater Denver (per his google calendar, his location for yesterday was supposed to be Golden and yet he was up in Arvada.
