We recently ate at a Michelin rated taco restaurant and your food truck blew them out of the water. They had a nice selection of pies, sweet and/or savory to choose from, I got the burger pie and while I wanted the quad berry pie it was sold-out and so I went with the PB and J pie instead. They tell u up front it will likely take around 20 minutes for ur order. I looked thru their window to see them trimming the fresh dough off my pies and brushing on the egg wash to make that gorgeous colored crust. 20 minutes later I had 2 fantastic tasting pies in my hand! Both were excellent and surprisingly filling. Def going to get their chicken version next time and hopefully they'll have the quad berry available.
