I hate that I love this place so much. I go almost every Tuesday between 430 and 530 am after I finish my night shift. I am almost always the only car or maybe one other at this time and still they consistently mess my order up. I've tried in both English and Spanish. It's really not hard I just want to add rice to my bean and cheese burrito and get extra salsa. I'm willing to pay, I always tip and I have been jipped the rice in my burrito the last 3 weeks straight and not given any extra salsa. Only place open, paid over $11 for a "burrito" with green chili(it didn't have ANY green chili in it) that honestly tasted like hamburger helper wrapped in a tortilla. YESSSS to 24/7 Mexican food! I'm so used to these late-night restaurants being everywhere in California. My partner got out of the ER around 11pm (he was somewhat okay) when most restaurants in Denver were closed. We were tired and hungry. Raliberto's drive-through was a saving grace. The inside was closed, so we ordered and ate our food in the parking lot. I got carne asada fries OF COURSE, and my partner (as well as his friend that was with us) probably got tacos. Can't remember, I was waaaay too tired. The fries weren't the best I've had and gave me a bit of a stomachache, but it was worth the temporary nourishment. We ordered chips and guac too. It would be a 4 but the last time I went they didn't give me all my change which goes beyond food, it means they lack integrity. Outside of that, this is one of the only places that's open 24/7 in the area and the food is consistent. Is it the best? No but it's also not the worst. I'm going to be honest I thought Raliberto's was pretty dang legit; but keep in mind I grew up in San Pedro, California where you can get sketchy but amazing Mexican food on like every corner, *sigh* those were the days. So a foodie friend (@downtowncraft) posted an amazing breakfast burrito on his insta the other day, and needless to say I have Breakfast Burritos on the mind. So when I got out of my morning facial positively ravenous I did a quick Google search of what was around. I finally landed on Raliberto's mainly because I am a true millennial (the less human interaction the better lol) and they had a drive through. Haha don't judge. Anyways what I loved about Raliberto's, A) beans are a necessity for me in a breakfast burrito and they let me add them for an upcharge. I got the bacon, egg, & cheese BB, and let me tell you. Do yourself a favor and add beans. So bomb. Once you get home load that bad boy up with some of the red or green hot sauce and you are set. I will definitely be coming back for this burrito as it was great. I also saw rolled tacos with guacamole on the menu and couldn't resist as this was my favorite thing to order when I was a weeee child. It brought me back to my youth ordering from a barred window at the enchilada house back in the good old SP. I'm general rolled tacos are pretty basic but they hit the spot. The fabulous thing about Raliberto's is their commitment to being open 24/7. If you've had a long night out and are hungry, wanting to fill your stomach before calling it a night, Colorado doesn't have many late night / all night food options. Originally from Houston, Texas, this was one of the most jarring things to get used to when we moved here many years ago. You can find ANY type of cuisine - and 5 star cuisine - in H-town at ANY hour. Not just the big box places but the mom and pops also. Colorado is not H-town. That was a hard lesson, lol. But, we've come across a few places here and there that stay open late, or like Raliberto's, are open 24/7. The convenience and speedy food deserves 5 stars. Do you see that attached Chorizo Torta picture?! This was one of the best Tortas I've ever had! I stopped through the drive thru last night around midnight for a late bite to eat. The drive thu is open 24/7 which is amazing for late night cravings. The Wheat Ridge location is tucked away in an old Good Times restaurant. I like to eat local when I can instead of grabbing late night chain fast food. The Torta was 5 stars! The lettuce and avocado were so fresh and they generously heaped on the cheese. Was looking for a late night option and didn't want to wait in line for Taco Bell. I was so happy to have found Raliberto's, they're open 24/7!! At a certain point their lobby is closed and it's drive-thru only, but the line moves pretty quickly. Overall, the food was pretty decent and the portions are HUGE. I got the carne asada burrito, chicken quesadilla, and a pint of rice and my friend got the al pastor burrito and carne asada nachos. Both burritos and and carne asada nachos were loaded with meat. The tortillas were fire -- 'nuff said. I LOVED how they included tons of homemade salsa and napkins in my to-go bag... Taco Bell could never. I've heard a lot about their breakfast burritos... I've had many things: Chorizo plate; fajitas de Cameron (shrimp); shredded beef enchiladas; chicken enchiladas, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things, but the food is always ridiculously fresh, hot and flavorful! Veggies are plentiful and crunch even when drenched in whatever sauce your dish has. Since they can nail shrimp fajitas at 11:30 PM on a Tuesday, I think they can make anything and knock it out of the park. Tortillas are the size of your torso, steaming hot, and fresh. Perfect every time. I've seen reviews complaining about the line; there were at least six cars total in line the whole time I was waiting (yes, on an Tuesday night at 11:30) but from the time I pulled in to the time I drove off was 10 minutes, and the line always moves consistently. I went on a Saturday night once and did wait about 20 minutes but there were at least 12 cars in line, the whole time. It's WELL worth the wait, which explains why they're always open and ALWAYS have a line. I've been many times during COVID and I always see masks being worn. If you like fresh, flavorful Mexican food, you must eat here. Get the hot sauce; it's real hot. Especially the red one. The green is still very good, just milder. I stumbled across this place on Yelp and thought hubby might like it. He loves this spot in Phoenix that seems similar to this one. It's not super close to us, but worth the extra time to drive there. First off it smells super clean inside. I was actually surprised because it looks a little run down from the outside. The smell wasn't overpowering, just fresh and unexpected. Hubby had a carne asada burrito and I had a combo plate with a tostada and enchilada. Everything was good. First of all - Raliberto's is open during COVID! They are, at the moment, only taking cash. We came in anticipation of the most San Diegan California burrito and did not leave disappointed! The tortilla felt homemade and like the shops in Southern California. Like other folks have said, the carne asada does not seem marinated, but still yummy! The California burritos comes with pico, rice, cheese, carne asada, and fries, but if you actually want them San Diego style add sour cream and guacamole. We went there two nights ago and ordered Chili Rellenos dinner, no rice all beans (it comes with both sides but I don't eat rice). We also ordered the rolled tacos with guacamole. When the bag got home, we found a burrito with a chili Rellenos inside and the 3 rolled tacos. My husband offered to take it back to them as I don't eat burritos but I let it slide. So I ordered 3 rolled tacos tonight and just a side of beans. How hard is that? What arrived was the three rolled tacos and a box of rice. Really? I went back and he replaced the rice with beans....no one spoke English and as much as I loved the rolled tacos, i just cannot go back there and I have spent a lot of dinners there. read more
