We moved the food to takeout containers and went home. The food was as good as you could expect it to be 30 minutes after it was made. I was disappointed, but am not a fan of takeout Mexican anyway. It's just not a food that is good when it isn't straight to the table. We will definitely be back (with coats) to give it another try. Btw, one of my items was a street taco. Those tend to fall apart, so are usually served on two soft corn tortillas. Their pic in the menu even shows two tortillas, but mine only had one. We each had a corn shell taco and I have to say I haven't had a street taco that tasted this good since I'd been to Hermosillo Mexico. We wish we were hungrier to eat more and have talked about taking a road trip back there just for the tacos. The owner is so proud of his business and it is apparent as he pointed out the high Department of Health score on his food truck. He is pleasant and makes excellent food. It was nice to sit on a sunny day and admire the park across the street. Right next door is also a "surprise " in a glass box to check out.

The restaurant was not crowded, nor even close to full. I placed my order and waited for 52 minutes. At 45 minutes, I went and asked what the problem was, they said they were just busy. I saw two tables, get their food, who had ordered after I had placed my order at the cash register. It being Mother's Day, I would've understood if they were extra busy. But they were not.
