As a result, I tend to run over quite a lot of wood chips and scrap steel which puncture my tires. On average, I have to get about ten tires repaired or replaced every year. Fortunately, when I showed up at this particular Firestone bright and early, I only had a slow leak. The gentleman behind the counter got my information, saw that I had a company car and had my information in his computer and got me right in. They had the tire patched (not plugged) which is a major bonus as it's a more permanent fix and saves you money in the long run even though it takes more time because they have to take the tire off the rim. I was out of there in the hour and the bill was sent to my company. All done at a reasonable price. Thanks Firestone.

Immediately following this incident, the unseated air cover and oil spill triggered a Check Engine Light for the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. I had to pay out of pocket for a new sensor and air filters just to make my car drivable and safe again.I have reached out to management with the receipts to request reimbursement for the parts their technician's negligence ruined, and they have ghosted my messages for two weeks. Terrible quality control and zero accountability. Go elsewhere if you want the job done right the first time.

They explicitly quoted me a 3-hour turnaround time for the job. ​9 hours later, the mechanic still couldn't get it done, and it stretched into the next day. They promised me it would absolutely be ready by 10:00 AM the next morning, but they missed that deadline too. They finally called me after lunch on day 2 to let me know the trucks alignment is as good as they can get it due to a control arm that cannot be adjusted. And when they test drove it they told me the brake calibers on both sides are freezing up now. They have said now they will try to replace them as well.To make matters worse, there was zero communication on day one from the staff throughout the entire process. I had to be the one chasing them down for updates, and nobody took any responsibility for missing the deadlines by such an outrageous margin. Even after forcing me to endure this massive inconvenience, they finally got the truck bsck to me after 15 hours. ​They will never get another dime of my money. I am sure they don't care, but buyer beware. Total lack of professionalism and respect for a customer's time. Avoid this location.
