After,less that 10,000 miles the treads have lessen to almost none left,the tires are unsafe because they are making loud noises, and I almost loss control when my car skidded and slided,there was a small amount of water in the streets, tires are dangerous and can cause me to have a accident. I have called the business, went to the business emailed the contact, the manager refused to do anything about the tires, all they care about is the money,they don't care about my safety.The business did not contact Hercules, the manufacturer, they refused to do anything about the defective, unsafe, poor quality and horrible tires, this is a horrible bad business and I don't recommend them, they sold me these bad tires and refused to honor the warranty. I don't believe that Gray's has been doing any of the work I paid them for,if they weren't a dealer, they had no right to sale me this junk, I have tried numerous times to resolve these issues, however, they have ignored my emails, my phone calls, I showed the manager the tires and he ignored them. Three other businesses have stated that the tires are bad and need to be replaced one business called Gray's, to tell them about the tires and he didn't want to talk to him, this horrible bad business took my money and are ignoring me,they are rhe worst poor excuse for a business and a so called business, they didn't treat me right as a customer. I absolutely do not recommend this business, because they are not trustworthy and they sold me bad tires and refused to honor the warranty I paid for. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this business bad business practices.

Much more affordable than the dealer and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of as a woman. They handle a lot of the military's auto repair since they are located right near Maxwell Air Force Base. They work strictly from 7-5pm. They give you a quote right over the phone if you know what you need done after calling their sources for their parts. Give em a shot. Definitely worth it.

When he initially determined it was something far worse and I was done for a long repair he offered to drive me to the airport to get a rental car. He ran a full electronic diagnosis and came to the conclusion it was far less sinister that originally thought and he offered to do the repair and have it done before I came back from the beach a week later. Not only did he fix the main issue but he replaced the secondary batteries for a fraction of what a dealer would charge. Mike sent me the full report from the diagnostic report and then the invoice all electronically. Then when I picked the car up he had a lock box with the ability to store customer keys in separate boxes with a combination which was provided after payment and I was on my way home!
