I went back every time due to their so called warranty I had and they took zero responsibility they would charge me for new tires and I kept telling them the rims had to be the wrong size due to my car touching the car when I made a sharp turn. Event after many visits and many flats they finally decided to change the rims to a smaller size and change tires. This would have been fine if they had not decided to restart my contract and start again costing me once again another whopping $1500. Even though I had already paid that for the other missized rims and tires. So ultimately they took advantage of my business and never took any responsibility for everything they falsely did to my car causing me to be left on the side of the road on multiple occasion. I would not recommend this location or business if it was the last option you had. They are a money hungry business who quite literally only cares about money and not good quality work or taking care of their clients. Please take into consideration my personal experience with this incompetent company and do not by any means take a chance on such a terrible situation that they placed me in physically and financially. Do your research and get a good place that is better than this and takes better responsibility for their work.

After,less that 10,000 miles the treads have lessen to almost none left,the tires are unsafe because they are making loud noises, and I almost loss control when my car skidded and slided,there was a small amount of water in the streets, tires are dangerous and can cause me to have a accident. I have called the business, went to the business emailed the contact, the manager refused to do anything about the tires, all they care about is the money,they don't care about my safety.The business did not contact Hercules, the manufacturer, they refused to do anything about the defective, unsafe, poor quality and horrible tires, this is a horrible bad business and I don't recommend them, they sold me these bad tires and refused to honor the warranty. I don't believe that Gray's has been doing any of the work I paid them for,if they weren't a dealer, they had no right to sale me this junk, I have tried numerous times to resolve these issues, however, they have ignored my emails, my phone calls, I showed the manager the tires and he ignored them. Instead of inspecting it, the employee used a handheld tread gauge, showed me a red/yellow/green chart--clearly a marketing tool--and immediately tried to sell me a full set of tires for about $1,200. Notably, their own chart showed the tires were still in the "yellow," meaning they have usable life left. Despite that, they didn't even attempt to determine whether the leak could be patched. No one checked where the leak was or whether it was repairable. I understand the tires are nearing the end of their lifespan--that's not the issue. The issue is zero customer service and a completely scripted sales push. A basic inspection should come before a four-figure recommendation. I would have likely purchased my next set of tires here anyway.

The previous shop that mounted my old set of tires on my brand new OEM wheels left it SPOTLESS. If a hole in a wall shop can do the job, so can discount tire. These are $2900 wheels, so a few scratches on the face is a bit frustrating.
