We had to replace the radiator as well as hose's ect. On a late Friday afternoon. Christian Brothers came through for me. The entire staff was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I can't thank them enough for getting me back on the road and home safely. What a blessing. I'm truly grateful.

Took my car in to have an oil leak repaired. Told the shop that the oil change place had told me…read morethe leak was the rear main seal but that I had been under the car and it appeared to me to be leaking around the oil pan gasket. First, the good part. All of the employees I spoke with were friendly and courteous. The $1400+ quote I received did not include repairing the oil leak and stated that the leak I had was transmission fluid. It did include an $118 charge for looking for the leak which was not mentioned when I dropped the car off. It was not included in the price of the actual repair when they completed it but added to it. My bad I guess for not asking up front. They also included a charge for over $500 in labor to repair that particular leak. That particular repair is listed in the manufacturers tech manual as a 1.5 hour job so that is a very high labor rate. Another charge that caught my eye was $200+ for transmission fluid. My car hold 4 quarts and they cost less than $10 a quart. I thought maybe that price included labor and parts but they were listed separately. Also recommended in the quote was a $250+ engine degreasing to help with locating any leaks. After repairs were completed and I got home, I popped the hood and it did not appear that the top of the motor had very much if any attention paid to it as far as cleaning or degreasing. Sunday, two days after I picked the car up, I put it up on ramps and noted that parts of the bottom of the engine were very clean and others untouched. And.....guess what? Fresh oil around the oil pan gasket. The original issue, which was not identified or repaired, was pretty obvious. I failed to mention that they kept my car for three days to complete about 3 to 4 hours work and I feel I am being generous with that estimate time needed to complete the work. No communication from the shop other than a text containing the quote so I called them before closing on the first day and they said they had to order a part and that it came in late. Next day, no communication from them. I called an hour before closing and they told me the tech was working on it then. Next day. I called two hours before closing and was told the tech had it up on the rack and was working on it. Same song and dance as before. When I questioned some of the charges, my bill mysteriously changed from $1400+ to $900+. After making my displeasure known, I got the car back an hour or so later. To summarize, I paid $900+ and still have the original issue. If you like being overcharged, waiting an unreasonable amount of time for repair, and still not receiving the service you requested, then this may be the place for you. Lesson learned. There are better options in town.

I…read morewanted the best price on a new vehicle and started with my closest dealership and worked my way out until I found 3 dealerships that had what I was looking for. I decided on Stivers but then a local guy talked me into all of that doing business locally in case I need something stuff and I told Stivers I was set and didn't need anything more from them but the salesperson was nice and said something like "We have to beat the price you've been offered. It's what we do...(mentioned some $1000 'beat the deal' program they have, IDK) ..." So I now own a Stivers vehicle! All signed, sealed and finalized virtually and delivered by a congenial driver a few days later. It was amazing and exactly how easy car buying can be and should be in 2026!

Appointment was agreed upon well within an acceptable timeframe. I was greeted, and the service person listened and understood what I was saying to them about the issues. The service was performed promptly, and I was called and given the details of the service and what to expect from the vehicle after the service was performed. These are the most incompetent tent, irresponsible klutzes imaginable. They insisted on keeping my…read morerv (almost a year) while they ordered the parts (despite my offer to pay upfront and to return the rig as soon as the part arrived). They would not cooperate. After not hearing from the company for a long time, I called to find out about their progress. Well, I received the good news first; the part had come in and they had installed it. However, the bad news was that, on a night when the cameras just happened not to be working, someone broke in and stole the catalytic converter off of my rig. I was lid. And that job was going to cost a few thousand dollars. They even begged me to allow them to do that job, promising to charge less than the estimated amount. At this point, I did not care if they offered to do it free of charge. When I went over to pick up my rv, I observed that some other community had a path through the dealership, thereby creating an environment conducive to theft. Again I was livid. Despite the reassurances from those dim-witted people, I found another company which installed a catalytic converter and got the rv back to me within 24 hours (The other company was talking more months.) But trust was out of the window. I had the vehicle towed to my home until the next company was ready for it ;I did not want to risk dealing with these incompetent people another day. At some point during the transition, I contacted the original company to ensure an stress-free transfer of my property. To my dismay, the representative started accusing me of filing a lawsuit against the company. While I did have a legal consultant for business purposes, to the best of my knowledge, he had not taken any such action--nor would he have without my advance knowledge and expressed consent. With this in mind, I dejectedly tried to explain to the moron on the other end of the conversation that I had taken no so action (although it was warranted). At some point, that fool must have realized that he had gotten me mixed up with another of his customers. Then, after falsely accusing me, then taunting me--telling me that Zi wouldn't win and that their lawyers knew what they were doing--he abruptly stopped, half-hearted admitted he had made a mistake, gave me a lukewarm apology for the mixup, then, proceeded to address my concern. By this time, I realized that, no matter what the cost or inconvenience, I would never ever deal with this company again. And I've kept that promise to myself. In fact, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I don't consider that to be much more than a company of crooks. And, despite my lack of knowledge of rv's and mechanical matters, I've learned to trust my gut instinct more! I don't wish those scalawags on anybody--not even my worst enemy. The only improvement these predators could make is to go out of business.

I never turned them on until I left the bank because it had started to rain. As soon as the wipers came on the blades on the drivers' side came loose and got tossed up and went under my wiper arm . I called and told them what happened. These were only on the car for a couple of days. I thought what would have happened if I had been on the interstate and this would have happened. I could have caused an accident. Chad told me that they clip on until you hear a click. Obviously no one who installed the wiper blades never heard the click. I would not be so upset but three differnt problems in a month is almost more than I can stand

My receipt has presidential charged on rear and KYN 554348 charged on receipt. No one called me for this change of materials and they installed black OESpectrum on rear and yellow Monroe basic on front. This is crooked business dis honest practice and I want a refund.
