With every escrow, David made sure to contact his retained contractors which was appreciative but those are speciality inspections so they are not free and may not be obvious up front. Davids communication was great but at the same time it is up to you to speak up and also know what questions you should be asking. During the last negotiation there were times we didn't feel David had our best interest, primarily because he was suggesting to not ask for seller credit. Ultimately, we are happy with our purchase but as a suggestion with anything, I would recommend vetting other realtors along with David. To both understand expectations and working style.
