He used quality parts that last and communication via text is clear and up to date. Update - I did have the garage doors replaced. Pedro and his son did an excellent job! My GC reframed the garage as I went from 2 doors to one large door. And, Pedro reframed the opening itself and installed the new door. I get compliments all the time on how great my garage looks. I opted for a "classic" style Clopay door 16x9 with a R-9 level of insulation (higher than the most basic option). And, windows of course. It's hurricane wind rated and passed all inspections. The cost was $2830 for the door. What a deal! I'm really pleased with how it really moderates temperature in my garage - the adjacent walls would get warm and a couple of closets might as well have been saunas. But no longer! Also, being insulated it's VERY quiet as it goes up and down. No more rattling. I'm really happy with my choice and I would recommend Pedro for any of your garage door needs! read more

Pedro answered my call (no Phone Tag) and we set a time that worked with my schedule...a 1 hour time frame (NOT a 4 hour window like many businesses give for service calls).
