However, they are now saying even after the contract had the full details of the vehicle including VIN, vehicle description, year, and that it was for commercial use, they are now saying they never covered my type of vehicle. When I contacted the seller, they told me that this company did indeed cover my type of vehicle for essential repairs, but that the company just does not want to pay. Integrity even offered to refund my premium for the entire cost of the contract which is ridiculous because it is tied into the car note, so I'm essentially paying for a worthless contract.
