I purchased a vehicle and was provided a warranty with this company over a two year term. A year into purchase, the vehicle needs repairs. Upon contacting the company during diagnostics, it was confirmed that coverage was active. However, they are now saying even after the contract had the full details of the vehicle including VIN, vehicle description, year, and that it was for commercial use, they are now saying they never covered my type of vehicle. When I contacted the seller, they told me that this company did indeed cover my type of vehicle for essential repairs, but that the company just does not want to pay. Integrity even offered to refund my premium for the entire cost of the contract which is ridiculous because it is tied into the car note, so I'm essentially paying for a worthless contract. read more

I understand why you only have a 1.4 star rating, that seems a little high to me, it's not worth the paper it's written on. Seems to always be an excuse not to cover, and when they say they do, it still cost you more than if you would have repaired yourself. Felt good when I went ahead and bought an additional warranty with a 0 deductible, no worries for two years, all sounds good until you have a claim, then things change, not to the good either. Horrible customer service! Our customers claims have been DENIED and our rep Corey doesn't even respond. When we asked Corey to talk to someone else he said that he is the highest person in the company we can talk to. Why do you hire people that don't even care about your customers ?! How can we offer your product with rep acting like owner of the company and does not care?! I was scammed by Integrity Car Care and it's extended car warranty. Integrity Car Care, the car dealerships selling this scam and the selected mechanics all work together to profit from you, and protect this scam from being exposed. This is first and foremost a scam by an AFS Licence company, Integrity Car Care Pty Ltd and their 'authorised representative' car dealerships knowingly sell these extended car warranties which are deliberately written in a way by mechanics (and lawyers) to cover parts least likely to fail - an everyday consumer would not be able to determine this, that's why it's a scam breaching ASIC and ACL laws. Integrity Warranty is the worst extended warranty I have ever purchased. Even though I have had a dealership, an independent garage and the 3rd party inspector say that a new engine is needed for my BMW they are refusing to pay for it. They have dragged us along for a 3 month process and we have submitted every piece of evidence that they are looking for. They are not going by the evidence proven for engine failure. Yesterday, I went to do car maintenance as usual, mechanic found the engine mount needs to be replaced. Integrity authorized car repairer submitted all the required documents to them, with no surprising, Integrity rejected it again (i have been rejected 2 times before with different issues, integrity giving the different rejection reasons). This time, I was told engine mount belongs to Rubbers (excluded part), which supports the suspension system. To be fair & honest, in the exclusion clauses, Integrity does not state it clearly that under Rubbers, what exactly parts are excluded. Integrity tries the best to avoid any claims and take advantage of innocent warranty buyers. When we need the warranty, it's covered with nothing. PLEASE BE CAREFUL BUYING THIS WARRANTY, MAKE SURE YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT EXACTLY EXCLUDED. Furthermore, don't trust their Internal Disputes Officer - Declan Conroy. He seems that he tries to help you to work it out. However, each evidence he asked from you, he will try the best to find the weakness of the evidence, then find any excuse to reject your claims. I have case number from Ford corporate office saying that my truck is not part of the recall or TSB they are talking about. I never take my truck to a mom-and-pop repair place, so everything is done from the dealership. I now have a truck that needs $6k worth of work and I still have 20k miles of warranty left that is useless!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Purchased this warranty for my car because I knew if something went wrong it would be big. Cost $1700. Only did 20000klm in 2 and a half years, never misused it and kept the servicing up to date. Car developed a misfire. Turns out to be a faulty cam with abnormal wear everywhere. These are my mechanics words. My claim was denied, by their reasoning of "the wording my mechanics has written in the estimate". mine is a 100% legitimate claim caused by no fault of my own. Not only this but because they reneged on a bill with another mechanic shop they gave me hell to begin with. Because of where I live they gave me choice of repairer. I had to make a claim for a malfunctioning cooling fan, but Integrity Warranty rejected it. They refused to listen to reason and forced the matter to court. I took them to ACAT, where I won my case. They appealed, and I won again. All in all this took nearly 3 years to resolve. They tried to say they should not be liable and I should have sued the car dealership. They tried to say they didn't offer me a service, they administered a service to the car dealership. They tried to argue that I never purchased a service with them as it was complementary as part of the car purchase (it was not). This does not hold under legal scrutiny, they are the ones offering a service and you are their customer. Under Australian Consumer Law they should be liable for the services they provide and no one else, complementary or not. If they try to say any of this to you know that there is a published legal case on the ACAT website against Integrity Warranty (iWarranty) which this spiel has been addressed and dismissed. If they are still saying this then they are doing so knowing it does not hold under legal scrutiny. Unfortunately, if you have purchased this service you have wasted your money. Do know that you are entitled to what is promised in the brochure. However, their interpretation of what they cover may vary from your own. They will try to argue that any part not specifically named is not covered. Which means essentially nothing is covered. For example, if you need to replace only a component of one of the listed systems/parts it is not covered as the component is not listed, only the part. However, if it is reasonable for you as a customer to assume that the component is covered as a part of that system you should receive compensation for repair. Their legal representatives are garbage, I managed to win this case unrepresented. Although, I would recommend to get legal representation should you wish to pursue a legal remedy. Just because their team is bad does not mean listening to them won't cause brain damage. There are services which help with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) cases, which is the law which you should seek remedy under. Make sure to make ACL part of your case should you have one. read more

We were sold this warranty under the sense that if we had any issues this company would take care of us. unfortunately we had to learn the hard way this company is a scam. We bought a car just over 6 months ago, last wednesday out ptu went out. the dealership we took it to (a ford dealership) said that a gear broke that's what broke our ptu, this very integrity filled business, sent an inspector out, who doesn't actually work for the company who then sent photos to the inspector and they're denying the claim because it didn't have fluid in it the fluid leaked up my driveway, and when I told the inspector that he did not believe me he said it was too thick to leak and then when I explained to him that it was up my driveway, he said that it had been leaking a long time. I told him he could come take a look at where I park. He could see it wasn't leaking. He then said the fluid was too thick to leak but here's the thing on a 2016 Ford Explorer , it's a sealed system. You couldn't see a leak because it doesn't leak. he told us it's our responsibility to check the fluid so then we asked how we were supposed to check the fluid because he said that was something we should've done but you can't check the fluid because it is a sealed system there's no way to check the fluid in the car for the power trans unit so now we are out $4300 plus the $2500 we spent on this warranty that is absolute crap then on top of that we've been having issues with our sunroof motor so we asked about that and we're told that just because it's a power window. It's not a power window that they would cover don't buy this warranty. Whole thing is a scam.
