EXTREMELY POOR, downright NASTY customer service. Called to…read moresimply cancel our service because of unauthorized bank debits/overcharges and inconsistency of service. I was threatened with legal action for doing so. The owner then called back, out of control, telling me to listen to HIM and YELLED the worst obscenity a person could call a woman, calling me an f-ing c-word, then hung up! I would NOT recommend to my worst enemy. One star is WAY TOO MUCH, but I had to fill in something... Reported to our bank and the Better Business Bureau. I am still in disbelief at the way this BUSINESS OWNER spoke/YELLED at me!!!
