We were having a leak in our hot water tanks and our geothermal furnace needed serviced at the same time. I am vey particular and fussy about how I want things done. I called Donahue's heating & cooling and explained to one of the girls in the office that our hot water tank was leaking and I was afraid it was going to break and flood our finished downstairs. She immediately sent "Jeremy and Daniel" out to replace it the next day, first thing in the morning. I could not possibly have gotten two more professional technicians to work on our water tank and furnace. They were like a walking computer on legs as far as knowledge and on how to service and install our tanks. They were polite and respectful to myself and my wife, the homeowners, and answered any questions we had. This is the only company I will use in the future or recommend. They went above and beyond with the installation to make it was done in a professional way. If you choose any other company you would just be aggravated and disappointed. Our heating and air conditioning unit was serviced by Donahue's Heating and Air Conditioning today, July 24, 2018, in the person of Joe Wafchak, one of their most seasoned technicians. We always request that Joe come to check our heating and air conditioning unit. He is thorough and explains everything that he has done. He always wears booties so as to not soil our carpet. He uses our outside hose to clean out the outdoor unit in the summer months. We had some difficulties with our unit in the winter months. Joe was the one who figured out the problem and suggested that we purchase filters which would best accommodate our unit. We had no problems after that. He demonstrated kindness and patience when interacting with my father-in-law. Dillon promptly serviced the unit, which was in dire need of repairs, and provided a price that was fair and reasonable. The service he provided was truly outstanding, earning a perfect score of 10/10. Unfortunately, the heating system continued to malfunction, and it was discovered that the circuit board had failed and required replacement, along with the fan motor. This company is excellent! The ladies that answer the phones are kind and empathetic. The owner and his employees are knowledgeable and will solve your problem. My furnace failed and started to put carbon monoxide into my house. One of the firemen who came to my house recommended Donahue Heating. Caleb was the technician who worked on my furnace. He was intelligent and worked tirelessly on the ancient furnace. He did not quit until all the problems were solved. The owner came out to answer Caleb's questions. 10/08/2019 Today we had Donahue's Inc. come in for our furnace yearly checkup. The technician, Mel Mostofizadeh, called before arriving, arrived at the expected time and did an excellent job servicing our furnace. She heard a noise coming from the blower motor which she believes are the bearings going bad and had me come down to the furnace to also hear it. We will have this taken care of. She left leaving us a detailed report of what she inspected and what she replaced. I am very happy with her service call. read more

Bryan Reisz came out and looked at our A/C unit and gave us a number of options between repair of the existing unit (which is 24 years old) and replacing the unit with a new one. We decided to replace the unit and Dave was out in just a day or two to size the unit and put together some options for the replacement.
