It is nearly impossible to get timely assistance, and reaching John--who is supposed to be my point of contact--has proven to be a constant struggle. Calls and emails go unanswered, and when I do get through, the service feels rushed and unhelpful. For the amount of money invested across all these policies, I expected reliability and support. Instead, I've encountered frustration and a lack of accountability. They needed roofing paperwork which I provided in person and in a snow blizzard and I was told they would have to send a roofer over to the house to look at the roof. No response and no roofer. Due to lack of response from Kylie Welch I sought an estimate from another State Farm Agency in Highlands Ranch. This agency was extremely responsive as we were texting, emailing and calling almost daily running through different numbers, deductibles, coverages, etc. (GREAT customer service). This Kylie Welch finally called back and I told her that I selected another Agency. She immediately became angry, mean, and vindictive so much so that I am leaving State Farm altogether (after 2 weeks) and going back to Allstate. Allstate has much better rates and customer service. This Kylie person was the worst and meanest insurance agent that I have ever dealt with. I was a "potential" customer and to be berated because I did NOT select Joe Bussey State Farm insurance is cold-hearted. Why would I pay significant money to someone who is so vengeful. I am filing complaints with the State Farm National headquarters, Colorado Division of Insurance, and BBB.
