Located in the Century 21 Plaza on Colorado Blvd right across Jersey Mike's. It is brand new, spacious and inviting. I came in to get an International Driver's Permit and was assisted by Rachel. She was so professional, attentive, super-friendly and efficient. She has just worked there less than a week and with her demeanor and knowledge, it seemed she had worked there for a longer time. Being a member is great and it is worth having a membership, especially since I like road trips and travel internationally a lot. The International Permit only cost $20 and the pictures were free (being a member). It is good for one year. Rachel works next to Joey and there are a lot of seasoned agents that can help with any travel needs.

When I responded with the driver's insurance that I had a picture of, they said "oh, the officer must have wrote it down wrong". The next message I received said "we've tried everything but we have to give you case to a third party now". That was a loss. Fast forward to when I bought a new car to replace my truck. My insurance payment was going to be over $400 a month. I switched to Progressive and they are insuring 3 of my vehicles for $180 total. Stay away from Liberty.

Many times I alerted them to this fact, but they were in complete denial, and simply referred me to their consistently incompetent support staff. My recommendation would be to hire and/or train a more competent support staff and shift the leader's attention from their emphasis on sales/marketing back to good old customer service to take care of their existing customers on a more punctual basis. Had they responded more positively to my feedback, I would still be doing business with this agency.

Although the woman driving stopped, she gave me only a first name and phone number, made a phone call, then said the truck owner would not want to file a claim with Progressive, but he was a responsible type and would take care of it, himself. Then she drove off without giving me insurance or owner info. State Farm contacted Progressive and got me some contact info, but also learned that the owner's insurance had been rescinded. The "owner" promised me a check. I waited 10 days twice, for the check and never got it. I have had to file in Small Claims (if they had insurance, why not just make a claim?) and the info State Farm got for me made that possible. Thank you State Farm !!!
