However, you might be like me and decide to go with JIA because you know you won't find anyone like him anywhere in the state. He promises to give you his honest opinion and be there when you need him. In fact, he got a call when we met virtually from one of his older clients who needed help moving a bed inside of his home. Now, I know he probably will eventually get too busy to do this for everyone, but wow, what agent do you know who would ever do anything like that for no pay? He comes highly recommended. When progressive was unhelpful and I called Chris back, he just continued to tell my spouse and I "that's what she wanted, and that's what she signed for."
