Working with this law firm is an absolute NIGHTMARE! They were to help with a case that was already…read morea nightmare with State Farm and they only made things horribly worse! The first attorney assigned to my case never had a conversation with me and I had no contact for around 9 months. Finally, I received a call from Cinthia who had just received my case from the first attorney (who was now no longer with the company). Eventually, there was an award for the case which resulted in a fraction of what was filed and NO WHERE near enough to actually replace my roof, which was the claim!!!! For OVER three months, this law office has held the award check. They keep asking for more and more information in order for them to release the check, all of which they have in their hands! Everything they have asked to receive THEY HAVE. I am now being given the option to work AROUND the mortgage company/lender. This entire time, the mortgage company cannot even get the law office to talk to them. This place is SHADY!!!!! I strongly, strongly, STRONGLY recommend NOT using them. It will only create even more problems in your life that seem never ending.
