John gave me a lot of time on the phone a few months back. I tried collecting info to aid him in fixing my fender tone master amp. I was unable to find conclusive evidence or a way to reproduce my problem. I decided to take the fender amp to him and he did a firmware update and contacted fender to see if they had any other suggestions. John and Donart have been beyond helpful and now I feel I have new friends. Thanks John. read more
