This doctor does not make phone calls and does not email. To get blood or test results you have to make an appointment and go through this whole nightmare again. Disgusting that they treat patients like this. One worker confided that mostly "old people" see this doctor and "they don't have a lot going on so they don't mind waiting hours". DISGUSTING!

We have had this appointment scheduled for a month. Her insurance hasn't changed. The office has had her insurance information since she made the appointment. They could have called us at any point prior to 9:25am today and we could seek care elsewhere. The front desk staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional. This is a practice that needs to be absorbed by a bigger hospital organization and ensure competent patient care.
