They always make sure to leave a message or call before the appointment day to confirm, which I find extremely helpful. They are consistently punctual with appointment time slots. The staff speak a variety of languages, accommodating English, Korean, and Mandarin speakers, which caters to the diverse demographic of the neighborhood quite well. The waiting area, though not large, is comfortably spaced. Likely due to their well-managed appointment scheduling, I've never encountered a crowded waiting area. And if you have an emergency, they will try their absolute best to squeeze you in, or point you to an emergency clinic. The team here has been gentle and adoring with my cat, and use soft voices paired with firm, calming touches. While it's not the cheapest clinic around, its proximity to my home is a big plus, considering my cat's fear of long car rides. The convenience and quality of service make it worth the visit.

Was looking to establish a long-term relationship respecting the veterinary care of my puppy…read more Signed up for the puppy-care program after carefully reviewing the contractual deliverables. While the veterinary care provided initially was worrying given that an examination was little more than looking at the dog and giving them a treat. The third veterinarian proved to be excellent in providing thorough examinations and providing options/recommendations which best fit my pets needs. Unfortunately while understandably not all items were covered by the puppy-plan the extra items were clearly predatory. Preventative pills were no less that 3+ times more expensive. An x-ray was just shy of $1000. Post operative pain medication which was clearly included in the puppy-plan was quoted as being $250. Referencing the puppy-plan contract which clearly indicated that "post operative" pain medication was included management explained that the "plan" provided pain medication was only covered "after the operation while the dog was still in hospital". After questioning this charge it was reduced by half and management provided a further "complementary" 10% discount. Notwithstanding their level of professional service and fixed cost overheads as is evidenced by their facility I was prepared to pay a reasonable premium for their services. However I cannot recommend this establishment given their predatory practice of leveraging client vulnerability toward maximizing their profits while disregarding their contractual obligations. Don't be fooled by their "Happy Face" posturing...their hand is in your pocket the whole time you are there.

The doctor spent a lot of time explaining rabbit care and behaviors to us after learning that we were first time fur parents. He was caring and patient, took the time to see my baby and most importantly, had a successful operation on her. The staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. However, when I took my other senior rabbit there in Dec 2018 for an eye examination and blood work, the experience was very unpleasant. Not only were the tech staff unfriendly and cold, the doctor had brushed off my rabbit's eye problems as simply an aging issue. My rabbit had very cloudy eyes and was tearing a lot from the pressure buildup. I later took him to two other clinics and got pretty much the same conclusion/diagnosis (cataract, glaucoma and ulcer). That visit at Links Road costed me nearly $400 and we didn't get anything useful from it at all. Not only did it cost us time and money, worst of all is it caused a delay in treating my rabbit's eyes because we had to search for another clinic and find the time off to get him treated. Also, Links Road did NOT do any followup whatsoever on the very expensive blood work that I paid for to make sure my rabbit is not deficient in any crucial vitamins. I had specifically asked the doctor to send me a copy of the report and have someone to go through it with me so that I can learn how to read reports like this. I had to call in and ask for it to be emailed to me, but still no one cared to go through any of it with me over the phone. To conclude, I would even go so far as to say that my last visit to Links Road was very traumatizing and extremely unproductive because the doctor and the staff were unsympathetic and just wanted the appointment to be over so that they could go home for the night. They dismissed my concerns and treated me like I was a some kind of crazy pet parent. Since then I have switched to another clinic and the staff there is MUCH warmer and helpful. My rabbit has recently had his right eye removed because meds couldn't help anymore but thank GOD he's doing much better now.

NOT RECOMMENDING BECAUSE OF LACK OF TRANSPARENCY, RESPONSIBILITY AND CLARITY and lack of knowledge…read more I'm writing this with a very heavy heart. My 2.5-month-old kitten became extremely sick--vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy. I was scared and desperate to help her. I called Hwy 401 Warden Pet Hospital clinic early morning and they told me I could come in later at 11am OR going to emergency if I can't wait. I trusted them because I wanted her dr to visit her (Dr. Puneetpal Singh) The vet examined her, did bloodwork and x-rays, and said everything looked normal. He told me she tested negative for leukemia, gave me food and medication, and sent us home. At no point did he mention the possibility of PANLEUKOPENIA--a disease that I've now learned is extremely dangerous and often fatal for kittens. They didn't tell me they couldn't test for it. They didn't warn me of how quickly things could go wrong. They didn't tell me I might lose her if I didn't act fast. Dr just pushed me to do the x-ray and even told me to come back tomorrow to do the CT- scan if she didn't eat the food. They didn't even think about the chance of panleukopenia. THEY PUT THEIR CLINIC AND ALL THE OTHER PETS IN RISK BY NOT CONSIDERING THE WORST CASE. She got worse that same night. I rushed her to an emergency hospital, and she was immediately isolated and diagnosed with panleukopenia. They told me that panleukopenia is the first and most probable scenario that should be checked with this symptoms. She was hospitalized and is now fighting for her life. If I had waited any longer, she might have died at home in my arms. I can't describe the emotional pain and fear I've gone through in the last 48 hours. I am emotionally damaged from this experience, and I will carry it with me. When I called the clinic to ask why they didn't tell me any of this, they refused to take responsibility. I asked for a refund of $1,209.06 that I paid, They refused. They kept repeating that "emergency would have been the better option," but they never explained why. I'm not a vet--I needed their guidance, and they failed me. I'm writing this review not out of anger, but out of heartbreak. I don't want any other pet parent to go through this. If your animal is seriously ill, please go straight to emergency. And to the clinic: you need to do better. Be honest, be transparent, and stop putting lives at risk through silence. I will continue asking for answer until clinic give us the proper explanation. Did they informed all the other clients who were at clinic the same date at April 15th? did they let them know my kitten has panleukopenia and asked them to take proper action?
