Bathroom Remodel Stay clear of this guy, Gerry Goodrich and his partner, Andrew. Don't be fooled by his low labor costs, as it will be doubled by the end but the project left unfinished. Don't be fooled by his stories of woe, suck child, broken car, sleepless nights: all to justify his not showing up when he says he will. Take hold and inventory of the supplies you pay for, as they will disappear along with him. I paid him over $5100 cash to ve left with half the job done. Don't listen to his promises. They're lies. Easier to stay clear and find someone who has a good rating and insured. There's a reason why he's not insured. Take my word on this! This is my 2nd time burned by him, same scenario, broken truck, job left half done. I wish I'd learned the first time. read more

This guy is total POS if I could leave no stars I would he just burned my mother in law for 65 grand for a not even half finished house. And he stole all the supplies and lied constantly about time he worked to over bill. There where constant stories about why he couldn't be there and tried to make her pay for his company insurance untill she realized the bill was not right. She is 75 and had a house and put all her money into trusting him with project it has now been at least 2 months since he showed back up . On top of that he stole 13,000 for a supposed electrician to come in. He is a scammer and loser and will rip you off. read more

The people in Done Right could be more responsible. We agreed on a meeting at my house, and they have yet to appear, send a message, answer the phone, or respond to my messages. Very disappointing absence of professional attitude. To be avoided. read more

I finally reached out to Cota & Cota, seeing that they offered plumbing services. They said they typically only provided those services to gas customers (we were buying from Bob's), but I told them we were desperate, so they agreed to help. They showed up within 24 hours every time I called (which was at least five times over one summer) to get patch work done. Eventually, we decided on doing a full pipe replacement. They completed that work in 48 hours, and they did so despite a low electrical current running through the pipes thanks to dome DIY wiring the previous owners did and decided not to tell us about. We still need a new filtration system to reduce the acidity of our well water, but we now have functional pipes (mostly plastic). As far as I'm concerned, this company saved our home, and we are forever grateful.

I hired this company to install my air conditioning system in June 2024. Unfortunately, the…read moreinstallation left an air leak in my HVAC panel that should not have been there. On May 22, 2026, the installer came to inspect the issue and confirmed that the leak was the result of the installation. He told me he would return to repair it. Since then, I've made repeated attempts to schedule the repair. Communication has been inconsistent, and getting a firm commitment has been extremely frustrating. He was supposed to come on Monday, but after I called to follow up, I was told he was camping and would come later that week. As of today, I still have not heard from him, and I have been unable to reach him. I understand that schedules can change, but two months of trying to get a confirmed repair date for an issue that was acknowledged by the installer is disappointing. I would have appreciated honest communication and timely follow-through. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of accountability and customer service after the installation.
