I was quoted $1,500-2,400.00 by two other places. The car is over 20 years old and the whole exhaust system had been replaced 5 years ago. I doubted that the catalytic converter needed replacement. Based on the recommendation of a friend, I took the care to J and R. He took the time needed to diagnose the actual problem. He fixed the parts that needed to be fixed and did not have to replace the entire system. Saved me a ton of money and saved himself time and labor. I have a second issue that he could not fix the same day, but is ordering the materials and will take care of soon. Again, at a price that is very competitive.
