After sitting down with Mrs. Rasmussen and creating this plan, when the time came to start massage and cupping, that plan went out the window. I have used Dr Rasmussen for Chiropractic care over the years. Recently I experienced an accident and required quite a bit of help. My opinion is that you cannot get better care anywhere else. It is not just about getting an adjustment and you are out the door. You could if you wanted but It is a real education and program of improving whatever issue you are dealing with. Dr. Rasmussen stopped a compressed nerve in my neck from causing extreme pain through Accupuncture. I no longer suffer from it and I had tried everything else before over five years. The best healer I have found in Temecula yet! I knew I was in a pickle two months ago when I got in a car wreck and suffered the worst whiplash ever! Thank god my insurance covers 20 sessions of chiro and 20 accupuncture a year because I have really been making use of that with Dr. Rasmussen! I was getting sick last week and I got both chiropractic and acupuncture to the sinus area along with other points and I noticed a difference in my ability to breathe within minutes. Dr. Rasmussen is the BEST! I started going to this practice seeking some pain relief methods (accupuncture) for my upcoming labor/delivery. My first appointment to see her was at 37 weeks pregnant and wished I would have started earlier. I am now postpartum and am continuing to see her for various other things that accupuncture and her chiropractic services assist with. She helped me with all sorts of issues I was having while pregnant and postpartum such as lower back pain, constipation, headaches/migraines, sleep, stress (I was working while pregnant practically until delivery and also have other children so this was great!), keeping my body properly aligned with adjustments (specifically my hips kept coming out of place), an overall feeling of wellbeing, and most importantly relaxation and a great deal of pain relief for my labor experience. I have four kids and this was by far the best labor experience of them all and I strongly believe that accupuncture is the reason for that. It was the fastest (about an hour from start of having consistent contractions to delivery) and least painful of the four labors. I havent seen anyone else in that office so I cant review them, but I can say that the service from the receptionist as well as the person ho takes you to your appointment area and of course that of Dr. Rasmussen has all been exceptional! I now have my husband as well as my friend going to see her as well. read more
