Had a great experience at Dr. Campbell office. Took the time to explain what was going on and fixed my back in only a few treatments!

I searched all over yelp for a place that balanced both good pricing and quality massages. Reading the reviews, people consistently remarked that it was clean and the massages were good. Sure enough, it was and I was so pleased to have come here. I will absolutely be coming back regularly when I visit my sister (I'm from OC). The staff is so kind. Great customer service. You feel welcomed. Upon entering, you sit down in their cute lobby and soak your feet. Everything was clean and well taken care of which gives you such a nice peace of mind. The masseuses are very good and knew what they were doing. They also made sure if you liked the level of firmness. Pricing is competitive, very fair. It makes me so happy to have found this place. The owners did a great job and I hope more locals support this small business - they deserve it!

It honestly didn't feel like the therapist knew how to do a proper Thai massage. A real Thai massage includes stretching, pulling, and targeted pressure point techniques--but none of that was there. Instead, it was mostly random pressing and oil rubbing. When she got tired, she just used her elbows. There was no technique, no flow, and nothing that resembled an actual Thai massage. I specifically asked multiple times for her to focus on my neck and shoulders due to pain, but she didn't listen and kept working on other areas. I had to keep repeating myself with no improvement. Overall, not worth my time or money. I won't be coming back--but maybe others will have a different experience depending on the therapist.

As a plus sized woman, I have never felt any shame about my body, everything is done with clear consent. They have an emergency call button on the bed in case you are uncomfortable or need anything. He really listens to the issues I'm having with my body. I can tell he really takes his craft seriously and knows anatomy. Not only do I feel less physically sore, my allergies are less intense, my digestion is better, my skin is clearer and my inflammation is way down! I've had a stiff lower back for almost 19 years from a botched epidural and over the last 3 months, I've been able to move easier and with significantly less pain. I've been to at least 40 doctors and specialists who told me nothing could be done about it. I signed up for the monthly membership. I am not exaggerating when I say that Lonny has changed my life!

Wish I had read the previous negative reviews before visiting this location…read more I had a massage for 9:00am. When I walked in Bree checked me in. I mentioned to her that I also needed to transfer some massages of mine and my husbands that we had in our accounts. Since we moved out of state where there are no locations. She said there was no way to do that. I told her I had been suggested to transfer our massages we had by another Hand & Stone Massage location. That we could transfer up to three each. She was adamant that there was no way to do this. And continued to be somewhat aggressive about the issue. Needless to say my massage was going to be anything but relaxing with the attitude I was being given. I waited for Henry for a five minutes. He took me back and we went over my stress points in my neck and shoulders. He then left the room for over five minutes and finally came back. The massage ended at 9:53 so that I could collect me things. Definitely less than a 60 minute massage since I waited to be taken back, waited for him to return and it ended early. During the massage all I could think about was how Bree had treated me and having to face her again when I left. There's only one way to get out of there. Oddly enough Henry wasn't waiting for me with water when I exited the room. He was walking towards me with linens. I've never had a massage without having a glass of water given to me and encouraged to hydrate all day from having the massage. I didn't see any water anywhere in sight. Weird. I used the restroom before I left. The toilet paper holder was covered with at least a half an inch of dust (mind you they just opened, wish I would've taken a photo). That was odd also since a massage place should be clean. Back to the transferring of massages. I phoned another location after I left where I encountered a very pleasant, helpful, educated on product knowledge Hand & Stone employee. Who happily transferred my remaining massages. My thought is Bree is in need of coaching of product, interaction with the public and just all around kindness. Hoping she gets it.

Sarah is a miracle worker for the body! Grateful cannot even express how I feel! She came into my…read morelife when i was in so much pain, and I can't express how happy I am that after just a few sessions with her initially, I was pain-free! I had tried everything for my herniated discs in my neck and back and my torn rotator cuff, too. What I realized from taking all those pain meds that were messing up my stomach and the PT sessions all they would do is temporarily take the edge off of my pain for a few hours , but Sarah's approach with MFR, her knowledge as an OT and her intuitive holistic approach got to the root of the problem and with consistency, I am happy that I can move, enjoy my life, go for a run and play with my kids without pain meds and I'm so much better now compared to where I was where I couldn't sleep at night. The other thing that really stood out about her is that she is such a kind and compassionate person who really cares about how you're feeling. She actually checks up on you after sessions and also gives you things to do so you can help yourself between visits. So, if you're willing to actually put in the time and effort to see her weekly, it's the only way to go!
