I can accept the fact that all of this work took over nine months to complete with the onset of last winter but the gutter (easiest task?) was not installed correctly, It is nearly level resulting in rain water overflowing the gutter, down the side of my house, right into my basement. Mid-July I reached out to the owner (Soverns) and sent pictures/video of water overflowing the gutter but nothing has been done. A few years ago I contacted them to clean my gutters but also install gutters on my garage. They sent me an estimate electronically, I signed the contract and they did the job shortly thereafter. Aside from the clean (and new) gutters, you wouldn't have even known they were at my house. This year I needed the gutters cleaned again and didn't hesitate to contact RIO. Oh and RIO sent me a reminder via email, reminding me that I should get my gutters cleaned but also giving a list of their other services (power washing, roof washing, tree services). Again I was able to engage them via their website, received the quote quickly, approved it, scheduled the date. Well the date came and they guys didn't come out but Gabriel called me saying that they got hung up on another job and it was getting late and dark out and he said he didn't want them to do my job in the dark (makes sense). He said that the guys could get hurt or miss some clean up. I appreciated that. A quick reschedule occurred. I really, really dig the electronic contract, quote, appointment and such. When I had a dirt driveway I was blissfully unaware of what my gutters were doing. Once I had the…read moredriveway paved, I noticed that I had a section of gutter that wasn't doing its job and was dripping water on to the nice new asphalt and causing erosion. I had a total of 4 different vendors provide quotes and discuss the problem with me. Turns out there was only 1 downspout handling the entire side of our house. Wood & Wood was great to communicate with (much of it via email and photos which was just fine for going back and forth on some smaller details) and they had the best price. They came and were very quick to remove the old gutter install a new length of gutter and the new downspout and clean up everything. And considering I was at work while they did all the work I really wouldn't have known they had been there at all! I have been extremely pleased with the communication, customer service and quality of work and would highly recommend them.
