Zero stars. They should be charged with elder abuse. Do not allow any of your family or friends to buy from them. My mother purchased a car there and they swindled her into an extended warranty and other add ons. She told them she didn't want the warranty or anything else and they slipped the paperwork in and did it anyway. I did get the warranty cancelled and $ back for that but nothing else. Used Donlinger ford for oil changes while still on warranty. The second time, the wife took it in and told all 4 brakes are bad even though I had just replaced the back brakes!! good thing she called me, warranty is now done so doing my own oil changes, make sure you don't pay for anything you don't need done... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a new 2022 F150. Plus the additional lifetime warranty. The rear differential went out after about 30,000 miles. Was told by the service writer, Jeff that it might not be covered under warranty. It was, but he acted like he was doing me a huge favor. Poor attitude for a service writer. Second issue was a recall by Ford for a windshield leak. I ended up taking my truck to a different dealer because of the wait time to get it in at Dondelinger. Under the dash had been getting wet for well over a year without my knowing. Next, the trailer brake control module went out. I was told "it won't be covered by warranty because it was smashed like someone kicked or stomped on it. When I contacted him again he told me his warranty company would laugh at him if he turned it in because of the damage. So I took my truck to an independent repair shop. I asked him if the module had been smashed. He said no and returned the part to me. I took it back to Dondelinger and spoke with Mike Iverson, the general manager, who assured me, I'd get a full reimbursement for the outside repair and the $93.00 Dondelinger diagnostic charge and that if I needed anything further, to contact him directly. Well over a month has gone by and I do not have a check, nor can I get a hold of Mike Iverson. So to say I'm disappointed is an understatement , and I'm out an additional $$747.00. Verify they fixed the problem before you leave. I paid to have my key fob reprogrammed (learned later there is no such thing) and was told it was all fixed when I left. Only to find out the very next next day NOTHING was working. I called and was treated like I stranger and was bothering him. Later called and emailed the GM with no response. I I have gone to this business for years,but it has changed hands and their service has gone down hill. The quick change for oil changes now requires an appointment. I had an appointment and after more than 2 hours and additional add ons. This was never done before track you down and need additional things added on to a car with 25,000 miles. Not necessary just suggestive selling or scare tactics to a unaware female! Offer a free car wash but that will take another 45 minutes??? It seems like they haven't the same number of service people that they need. Very disappointing! read more
