If I had adequate legal representation at the time, I would be 7 figures richer from their insurance policy. The amount, and quality, of intentional misrepresentation committed - not allegedly committed, actually committed and I have the receipts - by this dealership violate Deceptive Trade Practices (Minn. Stat. § 325D.43), the Minnesota Consumer Fraud Act (Minn. Stat. § 325F.69). I reached out to the dealer long ago. They didn't care. I posted a review. They said contact the dealership, so I did. They didn't respond. Show me a dealership not staffed by sociopaths. I'll wait.

The one thing that stands out for me with them seems to be the guy who looked at my car about two summers ago. Our car's check engine light came on and began stuttering while we were in the Target parking lot. If you depressed the gas pedal it would run fine so it seemed to be an issue when the car was idling. We took it here and they gave us possibilities of what could be the issue and said they'd look at it. About 15 minutes later a man comes out holding one of the spark plug wires and let us know that one of the connections has some moisture in it. Stated he would clean up the wire for free and only charge for taking a look at it. This is the only automotive business that I have had a positive experience with since I moved up here in 2003. I hope that when I gave this employee warm praise to his supervisor he was commended for it as this seems to be a very rare trait to find in this town.. Edit: Spelling
