This letter is my recommendation for Real Estate Agent Mary Silver. She assisted my wife and me with the purchase of a new home and the sale of our previous house. We have worked with several real estate agents over the years and can say with confidence that Mary is the best agent we have ever used. Mary has the qualities that make her a hugely successful and productive agent. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market in our area. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious. She always kept our best interests in mind while seeking a fair deal that was fair to all parties. Mary listened to our needs and did not waste our time by showing properties which did not meet our objectives. Mary kept us informed but again, did not waste our time with showings that were outside of our desires. Mary made herself available whenever we had questions and when new properties came on the market. In the end, we found a home that met most of our desires. Mary supported us with the assessment of a fair market value of the property and in the negotiations. Mary was responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails. We developed a high level of confidence in her efforts. Our purchase transaction went smoothly, and we closed on time. We had a small issue with rotted vent pipe boots on the roof and Mary followed through to ensure that the work was completed before the closing transaction. As discussed above, Mary represented us on the purchase of our home, but she also was our listing agent for our old house. I also would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent again if I were selling a property. Mary worked very hard to find new clients while organizing numerous home showings. We were in a speciality market in a historic district in which Mary was well versed. Mary was able to bring in clients through her contacts that ultimately resulted in a sale. The final sales price was a bit less than we had hoped for, but the timing of the sale was right. In the process of making the closing sale, I think it is safe to say that she helped us to negotiate the best deal for all parties at the time.
