I thought they would be fair and honest but I've learned that when someone has your money (especially over $1,000) they do NOT want to give it back to you. Tyson charged us $136 for replacement blinds! They had the ILLEGAL blinds with cords and they were old and rotten. They charged us for "missing" light bulbs; we removed all the CFL bulbs when we moved in, replacing them with LED bulbs. When we moved out we replaced our LED bulbs with their CFL bulbs. They charged us $150 cleaning fee when we left it squeaky clean! They charged us $250+ to replace a 3' square of cheap vinyl in the laundry room. They charged us $46 to replace a florescent bulb on the kitchen ceiling - 12' up! Management companies SUCK.

Update: the company refuses to come out and fix the fence. My dog can stick his head completely…read morethrough the pickets because they are spaced so far apart. The owner said he would space them 1.5 a 2" apart max and there are areas were the pickets are well over 3" apart. This is now a safety concern for me given my dog can get his head through the pickets (see images). The new contractor pointed out so many issues I didn't even realize and pointed out issues that are bound to develop given the poor construction of the fence. Its awful. We will have to strip the fence down to the posts and possibly even replace several posts. The pickets (ones that currently aren't cracked anyways) are a complete loss. The 2x4s may or may not be a complete loss. Some are warped so will likely need to be replaced. The fence basically has to be completely reconstructed. I can't tell you what a nightmare this is. Barricade collected $5400 from us and now we will have to drop at least another $3k plus to have the fence rebuilt. And that's assuming we do the labor ourselves to break this one down. I can't even begin to tell you how upsetting this is. I just can't recommend Barricade Fencing to anyone. Especially not for the price. They don't have a website so I can only leave review here and on Facebook. When I left my review on FB, Barricade blocked me. Just another tactic on their part to avoid accountability and control the narrative. It's really bad all around y'all. zero stars for quality, service, and cost. The fence has been up a month and it's already falling apart. The gates are sagging, solar lights falling off the posts, boards cracked and extremely poor quality, and cracked posts. It's unbelievable. I had another contractor come out and they were shocked at how badly the work was done. They explained why the gates are already warped and sagging and that this was clearly incompetence. I can't recommend this company to even my worst enemy.

We went around town and looked at the work of 4 of the highest rated fence companies; looking at jobs just finished and jobs at least 5 years old. We chose Barricade because their fences were still standing firm while the other companies fences were leaning and the gates not secured properly. We are extremely pleased with our new fence and have had many compliments by passers by. Craig's attention to detail, making sure everything is done not only correctly but making sure we were happy with his work along the way was a plus. He used 10 foot posts for a 6 foot fence, premixing the concrete not just dumping the concrete mix in the hole or not even using concrete as some other companies told us they do.
