He literally took some pictures and put them on the Internet and that was the last time he initiated any contact with us. He hasn't called to provide updates, hasn't done an open house, and honestly haven't really cared if we sell our house or not, which doesn't make sense since that's how he gets paid. Do yourself a favor and don't believe his line about selling X amount of homes more than anyone else and just go to century 21 or coldwell banker. At least they take the time to actually regularly contact their customers and keep them up to date. Honestly the only reason I'm giving him a star is because the pictures on Zillow are actually pretty nice.
