I have rented an apartment for 4 years with no missed or late payments, and I make six figures ($7956 per month) more than 6 times the monthly rent for this house ($1250) I talked to these people about how I have a lower credit score since I am young and its not that I have bad credit I just don't have much. I have never had any complaints from anywhere I have ever rented in the past and I have even been referred to as a landlords dream. However when these people saw a lower credit score they immediately disapproved me. I would think that if the owner's of the property knew that I had been disapproved simply for a lower credit score because or little to no credit they probably would not be happy, and the company refused to even contact the owners about my disapproval. I would no recommend using this company to rent your house simply because of the lack of communication w/ the owners. after dealing with these people I actually found a better property for the same price and was approved with no problems and we are moving in there at the end of the month, so in a way i think by disapproving me they actually helped me out.

We used ChuckTown Homes to do both! We met with our buyer's agent, Andrea, to discuss all of our wants/needs in regards to a new house. She promptly got us set up on a portal to begin mapping out where we wanted to be and for houses to be tagged for us within our budget. She was prompt in getting back to us with any questions and with setting up viewings. When it came to negotiations with the sellers of the home we wanted, so was very proactive! Our buyer's agent, Matt, was just as great! We set up an appointment for him to view our house to discuss what we think we can sell for (as well as why, including other homes in the area that were comparable). He advised us on how to have the home set up for photos and how to have things done for showings. He was able to help us navigate toward good offers and ones that seemed like they wouldn't be a good fit. He was prompt in getting back to us via text, email or even by phone when needed.
