We come here at least twice…read morea year, and this time we went to the On Clouds store (which honestly I didn't know they opened so I was pleasantly surprised, and excited to see all the merchandise in person). After circling around the parking lot for a few monies, we decided to park in the special gated area, and paid a few bucks for a spot. There is a parking garage, but my partner has a box on his SUV making it too high to enter. The lots outside the stores are PACKED. There is also a bigger lot behind the stores, but that requires a lot of walking. The store complex is huge and even has a name. We usually choose one section to go to and stay around there - we are not big shoppers as some people that go there. We just usually just make our rounds around our favorite stores, and whatever else we decide to check out. There are food stands spread around the complex where you can get sweets and beverages. A huge building with management office, guest services and various food chains stands somewhere in the complex. I got Jersey Mike's and Pink berry for dessert. My partner opted to try chicken and fries from the Melt Shop. Overall the food choices are solid, I'd say. Something for everyone. It is always a fun little escape to go to a mini town full of shops. Many are outlets - which means cheaper prices than you would find in a regular store. It is a dangerous adventure since we always drop a few hundreds when we go thus why we don't go often. There isn't much that surrounds Woodbury Commons to explore, so when you decide to go make sure you put aside at least half to a full day for just walking around.

It's been my experience that "outlet" is just code for last year's merchandise at department store…read moreprices. Sure, there are some deals to be had and at Woodbury you can certainly get your 10,000 steps in but the discounts are on par with TJ Maxx or Marshalls. The apparel has the most stock in the store, followed by shoes. Prices are decent, especially because items are have discounts between 30%-70%. The store is clean and tiny. Several associates walk around the store to keep things in order and help customers with different questions. The checkout area is super nice with all red wall in the back. Multiple registers were open when we were at the store, so there was not much wait time.

Clothing is arranged randomly without any sizing order. We went in hoping for a deal on the tech fleece jackets, and thats exactly what we found! Seems like all of the tech fleece joggers were snagged before we arrived as there was only 1 pair of joggers left; luckily we were able to get a navy blue fleece tech jacket & for an additional 50% off! So it ended up being less than $50. Line was a little long but moved pretty fast.

Lines move quick, plenty of deals and inventory post Memorial Day. They ran their usual 40% off sneakers from the wall (boxes with no lids). Saw bunch of resellers scooping up some Nike ball sneakers probably to flip for quick profit with the additional sale on some of them.

Dorothea was our actual sales person and she was knowledgeable and really helped my wife find her perfect watch. Once we decided, we had the pleasure of also working with David the store manager who was just wonderful and helpful. He registered her watch and sized it appropriately. Polos were $119, though at some discount depending on the pattern. Definitely not too far from the regular retail, though, so I'm not sure coming during regular times is much of a deal. When we were at the store, the staff members were very friendly. They were assisted a lot of the customers in the store with trying out products. To me, the variety seemed little limited compared to products available on their website. Their products were pricey, not surprising. I didn't notice any discounts or sale on any of the products, sort of defeated the purpose of being in an outlet mall. Aside from that, it is a wonderful store to visit.
